This information was provided and they never followed up.///////////////////////////Very mixed feelings about recent repairs done by this location.Some years ago we had a car serviced at a different CBA location. Not one of those repairs (oil light came on and blown bulbs in the dash) on our Chevy Prism were repaired correctly. The oil light still came on and lights blew out immediately after replacement.So it was with trepidation we saw our daughter's car taken here. CBA accepted a 1pm Monday appointment, and did not even look at the car until three plus hours later, preventing any service until the next business day. Don't accept an appointment and not meet it.The car had some issues, we are not doubting that. But none of the issues were due to an alternator, which they convinced her to replace, at a cost of several hundred dollars. This reeks of an auto repair location simply taking advantage of a young woman seeking repairs. The old meme.The promised delivery times did not happen. The car was finished only at the last second on the day before Thanksgiving, and nearly required missing a trip home. This included "finding more issues" as the repair proceeded, and even ordering the wrong part, delaying repairs by hours.The essence of a visit like this is: would you go back there? I would not. Comment : Hello,I can t speak highly of enough of Christian Brothers Automotive. In my experience it is hard to find a good, honest repair shop. I recently had a lot of work done to my Chevy Cruze and the end result was amazing. Car looks and runs like new even with close to 200k miles. My car has definitely been demanding but this shop conquered all the repairs and honored their warranty work.This shop is amazing and has taken great care of me and my vehicle.
