Comment : The vibes are very wholesome, and their customer service is phenomenal. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end.I took my car there to be diagnosed, was shown the bill, and decided not to have the work done there. I paid for the minor work and diagnosis. They gave me back my car and I went home. However, when we looked under the hood to do the work ourselves, there were so many screws and nuts loose, hoses were unclamped, and my tires were put back on improperly. I guess when we said we didn't want them to do the whole service they just closed the hood and let me go?? Incredibly unprofessional. I was so surprised and disappointed as I had been to this location for oil changes before and had no issues.They also wanted to charge us an insane amount for labor and parts that cost us 1/4 of that price to do it ourselves in the driveway. Comment : They made me feel good that leaving my vehicle with them was the right choice. A very clean place and a very knowledgeable staff. Technician that was working on my vehicle kept informed as to when the car would be ready. I had peace of mind.

Comment : Came in for a fuel leak problem. I was told fuel pump was fine and they found the source of the problem. Drove the car back and noticed the problem was still there. Was told to drop off the car again. Second time they advised it may be a faulty fuel pump. I chose to replace the fuel pump myself as I have experience changing them. Replaced with a brand new fuel pump and still having the original issue. I am not satisfied with their work.Costumer service on both visits was amazing. Comment : Wonderful Service! Went in for a pre purchase inspection. Got a comprehensive report and the team explained everything to me. The process was so smooth and my car was ready sooner than expected. I will be using these guys from now on. Thank you!
