Comment : Friendly and honest. Coming from previous work in the automotive industry I knew what was wrong with my car and what I wanted done. They respected my opinion and didn’t try to upsell unwanted services. My oil change and brakes were conducted professionally and promptly. No complaints.

Comment : It is a rare occurrence for me to give a [review] on anything , however, I’m going to make an exception to the rule when it comes to [Christian Brothers Auto] located in Rockwall, Texas.

I called Chad about an issue I was having with my van and he suggested I drop by and leave it with them, I did.
By 11:00am the next day the problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly - back on the road in no-time!
The price for the repair was very reasonable!
** I was really impressed with the overall end-to-end {vehicle inspection report}, very detailed, and there were other items/issues I need to get done, however, there was no upselling pressure to do so..…just noted on the report for future consideration.

I wholeheartedly endorse Christian Brothers Auto in Rockwall…for their “HONESTY” and professionalism!
