Mark stood out the most, he was funny, helpful, and made the whole situation way less stressful. I appreciated how honest and communicative they were the whole time. Comment : Good experience! Mike and team were awesome! My 2011 Chevy Camaro SS needed the lifters replaced and the team got me in and out within about 48 hours. Service was a little pricey (who wants to spend money lol) but with the quality of service and the good overall experience, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend!!

Comment : When I tell you I am THANKFUL for this shop and the people who work here I mean it. They truly blessed me during a really stressful time. After my accident tore my wheel off the axle and damaged my transmission, Mr. Joe and his team cared for me with honesty and compassion. He kept me updated regularly, always letting me know exactly where they were in the process and making me feel secure that everything was getting done right. My car looks brand new now. I’m genuinely grateful for how they treated me and my vehicle. I promise I won’t go anywhere else for car repair but here. Don’t hesitate to bring your car in they’ll make sure it’s done right and done quickly.

Comment : First time customer. Mark is Roanoke is great. Go see him. Had a couple issues with a difficult repair due to parts availability and single-use parts. But worked through it and great communication.
