Comment : I will not come back here. The ownership changed to the boys, all mana changed over - they wanted almost $4000 for 3 reports and I brought it to a near by mechanic for a second opinion - they found only a small thing wrong with it and it was only $200

They try and oversell you at Christian Brothers and I will not go back - it's ironic their name is “Christian“ yet they try and rip you off. They also do a diagnostic call trying to sell you all these things.

Is it a nice store and are they courteous and clean? Yes, but their job analysis and quoting is questionable even though they show you a lot of data.

Comment : I was very pleased with the performance of the personnel at CBA on 9/30/26. Their communication with both co-workers and clients was excellent.

John, the technician who worked on my pickup, did an outstanding job from diagnosing the problem to communicating what was needed to the office manager for the necessary parts. He also kept me informed throughout the process.

In about 3.5 hours, I was back in business. When I drove home, the alignment was absolutely spot-on.

Thank you to John and the entire team at CBA of Roanoke, TX, for the excellent service and professionalism. Great job!

Comment : The only honest shop we've trusted in the 12 years we have lived here. They have always been honest on needed repairs even when we think it is something else. Most repairs come in under the initial inspection and estimate.
