Comment : They wanted $150 just to diagnose. That's more than a day's net pay for me, and I have a Bachelor's degree and 2 law enforcement academies. Highway robbery and an insult. I told them I might as well do it myself if this is how it's gonna go. It's an older car with minimal electronics and I have the issue completely narrowed down. Even if I do replace 2 solenoids for no reason, still costs way less than $150. Gonna try one more mechanic, who should at least be more reasonable than that.They wanted $150 just to diagnose. Comment : Took over an hour for an oil change and then one of the management individuals went into the waiting area where customers are and proceed to poke fun at the men by calling them a woman's name. Very unprofessional. Jiffy lube is more professional than this company. Very sad to see adults actual immature and childish.
