Comment : Customer service is great. I do appreciate that, y'all were very nice. However, the pricing is incredibly INFLATED nearly +65%. I sent my diagnostic feedback and quote to fix it to my brother, who is an out-of-state mechanic, and he laughed at me and said I was getting ripped off by ALOT he couldn't believe it, the price on the part alone has around +67% mark up alone and labor is +50% higher than normal. He then sent me a screen shot of my car part online and said this was the actual price. Talk about jaw on the floor.

For my most pressing car issue, my brother ordered the part online and shipped it to my house. And since he's still out of state, I found a local mobile mechanic in Tulsa who was able install in my front driveway of my house for HALF of what Christian brothers wanted in labor alone. Not including the additional savings in car part for ordering it online.

It's incredibly disappointing to have your car parts AND labor that inflated. For reference I saved almost $1k going this route.

Comment : I cannot recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Owasso enough! I was driving on the highway when an animal unexpectedly ran into the road, and I ended up hitting it. I was completely devastated and shaken up. To make matters worse, I realized later that day it had knocked out my A/C and it was over 100° outside.

When I pulled into Christian Brothers, Tiffany met me right away. When I told her what happened, she could see how upset I was and gave me a hug. It was the sweetest, most comforting thing in a really stressful moment. They immediately assured me they could take care of it.

They worked closely with my insurance company and made the entire claims process completely seamless. Throughout the repair, Jason and Jim gave me constant updates so I never had to guess what was going on. To top it all off, they had my car ready a whole day earlier than estimated! Every single person there was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Comment : Great people. After getting my vehicle back, I was driving home. Engine light comes on and my truck started running awful. Called Chri-Bros back. They had it towed and fixed free of charge.
