Comment : I want to sincerely thank Christian Brothers Automotive in Owasso for their professionalism and honesty.

I came in after another shop replaced my front shocks and brakes, but the car still had a loud scraping noise and vibration, especially at city speeds. That shop told me everything was “fine” and suggested it might be a transmission issue.

Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion here — and I’m so glad I did.

The technicians at Christian Brothers quickly found the real problem: my front wheel had missing lug nuts, and the remaining ones were not properly tightened. The wheel was essentially loose, which was extremely dangerous.

They inspected everything thoroughly and fixed the issue properly. After their work, the car drives smoothly with no noise.

This was not just good service — this was a serious safety issue that they caught and corrected. I truly believe they helped prevent a potentially dangerous situation for me and my family.

Comment : i can?t express my appreciation enough for christian brothers!! all of the staff were very amiable and professional, and got my car done quickly and efficiently. i was really in a bind today and had to get my car fixed with no appointment or phone and was denied by 7 other car repair shops; christian brothers were the only ones that were able to squeeze me in today despite it being last minute and inconvenient. they were very welcoming and understanding of my situation, and even had a shuttle so they could bring me where i needed to go while my car was being fixed! i can?t recommend them enough, they were amazing!

Comment : My wife brought her 2013 Kia Soul in for an engine sensor replacement. The car had no steering issues before the visit. Immediately after picking it up, the steering wheel started clunking. When she called to let them know, they said we couldn't prove they caused it and offered to look at it ? possibly for a fee. A reputable shop would at least inspect their own work at no charge when a brand new problem appears right after service. We won't be returning and would encourage others to be cautious.
