Comment : I have a carmax extended warranty and was referred here by carmax bc they were booked out for 2 weeks. I dropped off my jeep july 16th. July 22nd they called asking to get approval for a breakdown of the engine so they can get send more info to the warranty company. After a couple of "nothing to update calls", i finally said, if they havent started, I will pick it up. They hadnt started. It was July 30th.

Comment : Me and my daughter took her jeep to this place and I will have to say that they have the best customer service… they didn’t make us feel out of place or unwanted or we shouldn’t be there. They made us feel at home from the time we drove up to the time we left. I love this place. I have never been to a shop that treated me as though I was spending my money in a good placethank you guys for that. It means a lot.
