Comment : We had a price difference , there were coil packs not plugged in and no oil in the car when I got it back home I filled it myself , they charge for it or some BS about shop supplies!

Comment : I brought my vehicle in to repair a broken caliper and clip on the front driver-side wheel. While the shop did replace the caliper, the same issue returned within seven days, which should not happen after a proper repair.

I then took the vehicle to another facility, where the problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed. This raised serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the original work.

In addition, I was presented with a lengthy list of additional recommended services during my visit, many of which did not appear directly related to the issue I came in for. The volume and urgency of these recommendations made it difficult to distinguish what was actually necessary.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion, especially for significant or safety-related repairs.

Comment : Several years ago, both my husband and daughter had sudden leaks during extreme cold. We were told it would cost $9,000 to fix, and we trusted that advice and went ahead with the work. Later, we found out many people with the same issue had it resolve once temperatures warmed up. We?ll never know if we were taken advantage of.
Recently, my husband took his truck in for repairs. I told him we?d decide whether to fix it or replace it depending on the cost. After spending $5,000, the original issues still weren?t resolved. We got the truck back after three days, even though it was supposed to take one. He immediately noticed the noise was still there, returned it, and they kept it another day only to say they had no idea what was wrong. And we agreed to and have the texts messages to prove the entire axel was supposed to be replaced and be brand new. It is NOT. That is very clear. We will be going as far as we need to with our proof that we were scammed.
After doing his own research, it appears to be an engine-related issue. Not the water pump that they had previously did that was under warranty. Had we known that upfront, we never would have put that kind of money into the truck.
I?d strongly recommend finding a different, reliable place. This isn?t it.
I?ve left a message with your business and I do expect a call back from management first thing Monday morning.

Comment : I recently took my daughter?s car in for repairs, and I can?t say enough good things about the experience?especially because of Brandon. From start to finish, he was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful.

What really stood out is that, unlike many other shops that seem focused on rushing cars through, Brandon took the time to build genuine customer rapport. He explained everything clearly, never pressured us, and made sure we felt confident in the decisions being made.

It?s rare to find someone who truly cares about both their work and their customers the way he does. Because of Brandon, we won?t be taking our vehicles anywhere else.

Comment : I was taking my cars into a different shop for the last several years. I decided to give Christian Brothers a try. Just as advertised they were thorough and never pressured me to do anything I wasn't ready to do. It is a good mechanics job to tell you everything they see that needs to be addressed and let you make the decisions. It was a great experience. Brandon, the Service Advisor, clearly explained everything in an easy to understand way. It's hard to find a shop like Christian Brothers. I suggest you do give them a try. You won't think about going anywhere else again.

Comment : I had a brake line rupture while driving on the highway and desperately needed my truck back quickly. Despite being fully booked, they managed to get me in and out the same day?impressive turnaround!
The service was fast, the team was friendly and helpful, and they even went above and beyond by giving me a ride to the job I was heading to when I broke down. Truly appreciated that extra effort.
A couple of minor issues:
They removed the dust cover during the repair but didn't replace it or mention that it was missing.
I wasn't given the 10% AAA discount I should have received (I didn't catch it when rushing through the bill).
Other than those two oversights, the service was excellent and the people were great. I'd definitely return if needed and recommend them for urgent repairs.
Another thing that isn't okay: the customer satisfaction survey link expired before I could submit this feedback. When someone takes the time to provide thoughtful input?especially after a positive emergency experience like this?it should be easy to capture. An expired survey right when I'm trying to share appreciation (and constructive notes) feels dismissive and misses an opportunity to improve. I'd encourage the company to extend survey windows

Comment : Five stars isn?t enough for the team at Christian Brothers! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly polite and friendly?it?s rare to find an auto shop that feels this welcoming and professional.

I?m especially thankful for their shuttle service. It was a total lifesaver! The shuttle driver was exceptionally kind and made the whole process of having to leave my car for the day feel seamless and stress-free. It?s those little details that make a massive difference in your day.

I will definitely be returning here for any future auto needs. If you?re looking for a shop that actually cares about its customers, this is the place!

Comment : I’ve had these folks do work on my vehicle as well as family vehicles for years. I moved to Dallas a couple years ago but still have them work on it when I drive back up. They have a friendly staff and get things done right!
