Comment : Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I had my truck towed in for a diagnostic…since it was driving a little sluggish. I figured it had to be a bad spark plug/coil/or fuel injector based on the code i was getting from my scanner. After the diagnostic i received a phone call stating that i wasn’t receiving any power from my cylinder and based off the test they were conducting it was suggested i get a whole new engine. I was taken back since prior to me experiencing this I’ve never had any issues with my truck. Getting a whole new engine seemed a bit extreme. So i decided to take it elsewhere and get my truck towed AGAIN to get a second opinion. Once I spoke with the other shop they simply told me that it was due to a bad coil and a tune up would get me back on the street. It’s already been a week and my truck is running perfectly fine. Very disappointed to say the least had i not gotten a second opinion i would have been 15k in the hole and car-less.
