Comment : I have a 108 thousand mile GMC suv and these clowns at Christian Brothers told me I needed to replace the entire engine for 8500 dollars or take the entire engine apart which was 1000 dollars to find what the issue was with the car not starting. Took the car to a Ford Dealership and had there mechanic look at the vehicle and did a trade in for the  the full value of the car, got my wife a new 2024 Expedition, the employees gave me two options. They just didn't know I had my own options.

Comment : It's a shame that it's a Christian base place and I know they can't control the people they hire to work there, but I want everyone to know they're not honest mechanics. They will mess up other parts to make more money, and that's lying, and stealing they should know the basic of being a Christina Mr. Brown teach your employees there 10 commandments
I did not have my daughters vehicle fix I payed the fee and towed her car elsewhere.

Comment : I'm honestly shocked at how amazing my experience was. As most of you know, if you've ever had to have your car worked on, most shops are a mess. They're dirty, dusty and seldom comfortable to wait around. That is NOT the case with Christian Brothers. I had a small task I needed done on my car. Typically in the past, this always takes 45-90 minutes. I called and they suggested to just come in and they could get to it quickly. When I get there, the quickly check me in and give me a time frame of 20-25 minutes. The waiting area was spotless and inviting. It was comfortable and they had some soft music playing and it made me very comfortable. They quickly handled the task needed and charged me an extremely reasonable price. They even quoted me some pricing on another vehicle I will be bring in for future repairs. This is honestly the best experience I've had at an auto repair facility.  Extremely satisfied and highly recommmend.

Comment : We were in Fort Worth when our van's alternator failed. When I called, Shaun was excellent in his compassion for our situation as well as his professionalism in getting us in for the repair. The communication via text and email during the repair was outstanding. The vehicle was repaired even quicker than promised! It's rare these days to find a place that still provides excellent customer support. Well done!

Comment : It was my first visit and they ruled out a potential issue that would have been a bit more costly. Instead the diagnosis was much more simple and therefore built trust and honesty that you want. I saw other reviews saying that they pointed out a bunch of potential issues after the complimentary inspection. This is not an issue with because the report is sent to you online and you have time to make informed decisions before speaking with the shop. I much rather have this then a shop catching you off guard face to face.

Comment : Are there any honest mechanics out there? The service is good but they will point out a dozen things that don't really need to be fixed to drain your wallet. I replaced brakes and rotors 20k miles ago yet they were recommending allnew brakes and drums...

Comment : The best service! Multiple employees went out of their way to help me. They were so kind! Facilities were nice and super clean and services were priced well. Would absolutely go back!
