Comment : The overall service was OK for a first-time customer; I was able to get what I needed done for my vehicle. I more than likely won't be returning, however. The employee who inspected my vehicle, Randy P. (maybe "Rowdy" P.) was quite abrasive and rude. I was a walk-in right after they opened, so perhaps this is why I was treated this way. The office employees are also very loud and gossipy while customers are sitting on the couches in the lobby waiting on their vehicles. I don't regret coming here this time, but I more than likely won't return because of the reasons outlined above.

Comment : I took my vehicle here to initially do some routine maintenance. I will say that I was happy with the level of transparency in one sense, as they do provide very detailed photos with analytical remarks regarding the issues that require immediate attention as well as those that can be addressed at a later time. However, upon the discovery of an oil leak, I was quoted a price that was over $2500.00 to repair. I have no doubt that not all oil leaks are created equal, but it did seem unreasonably high, even for a Euro car. I took my vehicle to another, equally well-known place a couple of miles away, and they repaired it for nearly 1/3 of the price. It’s possible that Christian brothers was trying to be overly thorough, but I also cannot help but to speculate that there may have been some padding or upselling in regards to that repair. A few hundred dollars in price difference at different locations is expected, but a $1500.00 difference for the exact same repair and, to my knowledge, fixed the exact same way with the same labor hours is curious…Everyone was very nice, though.

Comment : First time customer with Christian Brothers Automotive. My A/C went out in my 2021 Kia K5, and after some bad experiences with chain places like Pep Boys and Firestone, I did my research, saw CBA had great reviews, and decided to give them a shot.

Overall, I had a really solid experience. It’s hard to find a reliable, trustworthy auto shop these days that also has good customer service.

Communication was great, and took the time to discuss my questions regarding what needed to be done to my car and why. They even installed a small front bumper wind guard part I brought in at no extra charge (or at least - It wasn’t mentioned or shown on my final invoice, that is.)

Between the strong customer service and complimentary Lyft rides to and from the shop, the pricing (which seemed a little high to me) felt worth it in exchange for the confidence that my car was taken care of and the work was done right.

They were also fair when I questioned the cost of one of the parts and came down on the price a little after I shared my cost comparison research. I also have no doubt that if anything were to go wrong in the days or weeks after the repair, they would handle it fairly and make it right.

Comment : I took my 2004 Infiniti FX35 to Christian Brothers for the first time for an alternator replacement, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. I called at 7:30 AM and received a detailed quote via text shortly after. The pricing was great, with no 'bait and switch' tactics or hidden fine print.

The team, especially Tyler, was incredibly friendly and professional. They estimated a 2-hour turnaround and even surprised me with a 10% AAA discount, which was a nice bonus. I dropped the car off at 10:30 AM and waited in their facility, which is exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

By 1:30 PM, the job was done. Along with the repair, they provided a full digital diagnostic report—complete with photos—highlighting the overall health of my car. After driving for two days, the car is running perfectly. Save yourself the trip to the dealership and give these guys a chance first. Highly recommended!
