Comment : I visited this shop once and won’t be returning after the experience I had with my vehicle. I originally came in to have the valve cover gasket replaced due to a significant oil leak. After working on the car, they called to tell me the gasket didn’t need replacing and instead recommended other services, which I agreed to. The next morning, the oil leak was still there—exactly the issue I brought it in for.

When I called to report it, they told me to bring the car back. But as I was leaving my driveway, the car began stalling, shaking, dashboard lights lit up, and smoke started coming from the engine. I had to stop immediately. I called the shop, and while they initially said I'd have to pay for towing, they later agreed to cover it after I mentioned going through my insurance.

Turns out they had improperly installed the spark plugs—one of the services I paid them for—which could have caused even more serious engine damage. For the high prices they charge, I expected far better quality. Unfortunately, it seems you're paying for the look of the shop, not the reliability of the work. I highly recommend going to Webb's Automotive of Cypress or the Brake Check off 290 and Barker Cypress instead.
