Comment : I have always had my car serviced with Mercedes since my initial purchase, so I was apprehensive about allowing someone other than them to service it. They had no problem answering my questions to assure my comfort. The customer service is great, upon arrival they were very pleasant and respectful. The guy who picked me up was very pleasant and accommodating. The prices were great compared to what I have paid in the past. They didn’t force any services. Thank you once again

Comment : Been going to this location for the past few years pretty consistently. For the most part it has been great service. The staff has always been helpful. I never felt like they pushed maintenance I felt was unnecessary and always felt like they did good work.

However the last visit was the first sub par visit. At a previous oil change appointment they pointed out a slight oil leak. They said at the time it was only minor and could wait till my next visit. A few months later I took my vehicle back for the oil change and asked them to repair the leak. (I was getting ready for a road trip with my family and wanted to make sure my vehicle was good to go.) Shortly after I got it dropped off I got a report saying it was leaking from two locations and got quoted for each. I told them at the time I could really only afford to pay for one and to fix the more significant leak. Shortly after I got another call back saying that they relooked at the quote and said they realized that a lot of the labor between the two leaks was the same so they reduced the quote a decent amount. This made me feel uneasy as I kept wondering what if I agreed to the original quote, would they have still honored the new quote once they realized the duplicate labor?
I agreed with the new quote, however prior to work beginning I asked them how long they expected this to take, as this was the vehicle I was planning on taking on my road trip. They responded that once they verify the parts are in stock they'll call me right back with an estimated time of work. After a few hours I called them back, I asked again and the response was "We're hoping it'll be done by Friday" It was Tuesday. I feel like if you're planning on having a vehicle 4 days or longer the client should know about it. As previously mentioned I had a road trip plan, with the plan to leave early Friday morning. They called back shortly after and said they'll have it done by Thursday and would give me an update the next day (Wednesday). By 1pm Wednesday I hadn't heard, so I call them. They said "Let me talk to the guys and I'll call you right back" After over an hour, nothing. I went, in person, to the location and told them I was told I was getting a call back and got the "I was just in the process of calling you back". Little annoyed that I had to go back to the location to get an update but was still assured my car would be ready by Thursday afternoon. The next day they did contact me late morning to say my vehicle was ready. Went to pick it up and was told it was good to go and the test drive after the repair went well. I made it less than a mile away and the check engine light came on. Returned it and they did promptly look at it. About 20-30 minutes later they came back in saying they found a loose hose.

Prior to this visit I would have easily given this location 5 stars however this last visit has given me concerns especially with being misquoted and the check engine light coming less than 5 minutes from getting it back. Hoping future visit will be back to the great service that I had been getting at this location and back to 5 stars.

Comment : Was a very quick and efficient + cost effective oil change I had done. They also do a complimentary service of inspecting your car and gives you a full report and the OPTION to have any repairs or replacements done by them but they won’t upsell excessively. Will be a long time customer!
