Comment : This was the first time I stepped away from taking my car to the dealer. I decided to try them for the first time due to a check engine light on my minivan. They were very fast in providing a diagnostic and after a costly repair, I got my car back, only to have the light back on in a few days. I took it back and they had missed to properly screw a part. This kept happening for about 3 times, light came on in less than a week after they had fixed the problem and again it would happen. They claim every time they fixed it and now I have the same problem again. All this within the last month. Comment : Wheel locks were placed in the cupholders, which was communicated. But they couldn't find them and tossed everything in the trunk around looking for them when they were the view of anyone who opened the door to the car. I had very few items in the car and they were consumed. Which is just rude when you update me mutilple days, it will be done the next day. Everytime i called i got an alert on my car that it was unlocked or started. You weren't even looking at the car until i bothered you a few times and it's undeniable.
