Comment : I had a bearing/hub replacement done on my truck. I know that “christian” bros is more expensive than other places on some things. I don’t mind paying 20 more for an oil change or 40 to plug a tire or more for quality parts. If service and work is good a few extra dollars is not a problem. However I was DEFINITELY price gouged. The price of the replacement was nearly double what the local estimates were. The estimates were $450-$850. “christian” bros charges $1400. While parts were also high the labor in particular was astronomical.

I did give pushback on the price and asked how this could be so high. While the conversation was polite, the answer I got basically boiled down to “because the computer said so”. It also took a lot of asking to even get this answer. This reeks of a lack of accountability and greed.

While the work done to my vehicle was good I don’t appreciate being gouged and I won’t be going back to “christian” bros. I will be telling everyone about my experience.

Comment : Vehicle issue was fixed in a timely manner. Cost about the same as my Dealership. I used Christian Brothers because my Cadillac Dealership would not schedule me an appointment for my vehicle. I will use Christian Brothers again in the future.
