Professional and well organized operation.
Service and repair work was performed in a timely fashion for appraised costs.
I appreciated the customer transportation allowing me to drop off my vehicle and pick it back up again!
Mechanics were very thorough, they found other unknown problems which prevented additional damage or me being stranded along the Highway somewhere!

Comment : Paid over $7,000 to work on my cooling system in a 2018 740i. About 10 months later a hose broke. So I called and let them know which one.They said they had to have the car to see it to determine if it was covered under what they had previously done. Had them tow the vehicle to their shop. They said they did not replace that one hose, so not covered. For diagnosing the hose "that I had already told them about", and towing to shop would be just under $700. If they fix it, it would be over $1,500. So I had it towed back home and fixed it myself. Towing and hose $300. Them christian brothers charged me over $300 just for Towing, saying they just passed on the price they were charged. And over $300 for letting me know that the hose that I saw busted and told them about was indeed busted. I used the same company for Towing as they did and was charged $130 to bring it back home. I do my own work now.

Comment : The staff helped out with changing out a 12v battery in my full electric car. They were incredibly fast! Thankful they had some knowledge of electric cars to help out when I was in a pinch! Highly recommend!

Comment : S/O to whoever told me I need a new engine and said my truck wouldn?t make it another 50 miles. It?s 5 years later and about 30000 miles. Service manager really defended this too. Crazy work. They try to hit your pocket book by causing you to panic for nothing
