My Lincoln Nautilus was having transmission problems (common with this vehicle), and I brought it in to them. Jerry took all my concerns and noted them, got in touch with my warranty company for me, got everything squared away, and gave me consistent and frequent updates. The customer service, experience, and transparency throughout this whole process has been the best I have ever received. Jerry has gone above and beyond and answered all my questions and helped every step pf the way.
