I love the fact that you were able to schedule an appointment to have it done. Once I arrived, they immediately greeted me and got my information offered me something to drink, which I thought was extremely thoughtful And let me know what would be done and that I could wait or come back. I did have to wait for my car and I must say they did it very quickly. After the oil change, the young man explained to me what they did showed me the invoice put it in a folder for me and they drove my vehicle to the front door so that I could easily enter into my vehicle and leave. I really felt valued as a customer even though I was receiving a free oil change. They showed such great customer service and care which in this day and age is getting rare.
