Comment : Call for a repair quote. Gave them my information I was told they would send the quote. I called back 2 hours later to ask about the quote. I was told they don't have anything about me calling. I re-ask about a quote. I still days later have not gotten a quote from them 😕 I moved on.

Comment : Very kind, welcoming. They did a pre-purchase check on a car. I felt very confident to purchase the car after the review. They even offered a shuttle service to my car salesman who wanted to get smoothie King two blocks down :)

Comment : I can say that I’m a highly satisfied customer!!! Excellent customer service from the shuttle driver, Jerry the service advisor, and the auto mechanics. I was amazed at how well I was treated. Never knew customer service like this existed. They kept me informed. My ac issue was diagnosed and fixed by time I got off work and the driver was waiting at the door to pick up from work. Big thanks to Mandeville location!! You all are amazing!!😁
