Comment : DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! I made an appointment online at 11am on a Monday and specified the exact part I needed for my broken drivers side seatbelt and asked them to look into the loud cranking noise coming from my dash. I dropped it off that night and put my keys in the box outside the door that had multiple other keys in it. There was a slot in the door but it was labeled FOR ENVELOPES so I did not use that. I did not receive a call on Tuesday at all (despite having an appointment in their system and my car physically outside) so I called them Wednesday around lunch to see if they had gotten to me yet. They stated they were unaware of my appointment and could not locate my keys. After a few minutes they found them in the box that I left them in and said they would try and get my car seen that day but it would be a $200 diagnostic fee that would not go towards the cost of repairs (it does not state this on their website or when you book your appointment). I did not hear from them that evening or on Thursday at all. At this point, they've had my car for 3 full business days so I called again around lunch on Friday to be told they had texted me a quote on Wednesday, but I had not received anything. I had them send me another text and confirmed they were not coming through to my phone so they emailed it to me. I asked how long it would take to just fix my seatbelt and he said they would need to order the part (that I had specified on Monday in my appointment notes) so it would be the following Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. That would put my car at their shop for over a week and would bring my total up to around $600 to change a seatbelt. I declined the service due to overall disappointment with how everything had been handled and went to pick up my car. It was now $250 (not the $200 I was told) and my AC was no longer functioning at all when I got in my car. It was completely fine prior to bringing it here. So, they charged me an extra $50 than they stated, had my car there for multiple business days with no communication, laughed off my frustration, and broke my AC. It's pretty bad when the dealership is cheaper and more efficient.

Comment : I was trying to get a transmission fluid drain and fill. They had me text them to coordinate after calling them. Then they kind of forgot about me as being a potential customer, and weren't really responding at all. Sad that they didn't want my business as they would have had a customer for life had they responded. I found another place who was responsive who now has my business for life, and all my family members business too.

Edit: Dear Christian Brothers I got your response, and this is my response to you here. When I needed you most tou failed me by not responding nor trying to get my business. The place that got my business was very responsive. As I didn't need a whole lot of back and forth from anyone. I just needed a business that cared enough to respond, and unfortunately that was not your business. Sad that after you see my response you are responding, but when I was trying to give you my business you didn't care enough to respond.

Comment : From the first phone call to picking my vehicle up they were amazing. Took me in on short notice and still completed the job in a timely manner. Not only did they keep great communication but answered each call and question with respect and knowledge. Very pleased with my experience and will be back returning if I ever need more mechanical work.
