Comment : I cannot recommend this business enough. I was visiting Tech with my child from out-of-town and my skid plate came detached, dragging on the ground. I tried to go to Walmart but they would not help me. I use Christian Brothers in my hometown and knew they were reputable, so I called and Beau was kind and said they would fit me in. I showed up 15 minutes later and he did exactly as promised, added some screws and a clip to keep it from dragging. They offered coffee and water and cookies while I waited. They did not charge me a penny for the service, and I am eternally grateful. I feel much safer now in my travels and it was all thanks to John and Beau at Christian Brothers. Comment : I initially left the shop across the street without being serviced after being told it would take an hour to get to a tire rotation and waiting an hour and a half only to see my car was still in the parking lot. I called Christian Brothers automative and asked for an estimated time to get a tire rotation and was told 30 minutes. I went ahead and took my car in. My car was in the bay within 15 minutes and waiting outside for me 15 mins later. They also had coffee and snacks available for the customers unlike the shop across the street. Comment : I think my only concern is cost of labor per job. I was quoted a timing belt/chain change from two shops. Over $1,800 difference. (more through Christian Brothers). Before receiving service, look into privately owned, local, automotive shops!

Comment : My daughter came to this shop because her front bumper was rubbing against the tire & dragging. She s a freshman college student 5 hours from home and doesn t have money but was going to pay because she needs it fixed. After coming to this location, there are good people who do still exsist and good/honest mechanics. She said the guy was very nice and didn t charge her. I m so Thankful and literally cried when she told me. Comment : They made sure my wife and I were taken care of in getting her vehicle good to go. I would use them again for my repair needs. I like that they look for all possible problems so that you can figure out things wrong with your vehicle that you otherwise wouldn't notice.

Comment : Very pleased with my experience today. Everyone was very friendly and I was kept informed by text how things were going. My repair only took a few hours and the cost reasonable.
