Comment : I had a tire come off my car while I was driving it on the highway. This place was one of the approved shops for towing from Triple A and was the closest. I was initially impressed with them, I liked the categorized estimate with pictures and explanations, but then they charged me $1500 dollars for a single wheel. I asked them why and they gave several reasons I was suspect of, like it was a premium part that wasn't readily available. When I took my car to a different shop later to get new tires, they told me that same part was $472 and they'd never heard someone charged so much for a single wheel before. Christian Brothers also didn't do an alignment check on a car that had lost a tire and had a brake rotor drag on the road at 20 miles an hour, so my car wobbled greatly after paying them a total of 3 grand. Discount Tire realigned my car for 90 bucks in 10 minutes. It's so frustrating as I really wanted to like this place. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful every time I interacted with them. The work was done quickly and appeared to be comprehensive on the surface. It's just that Christian Brothers has a very nice facade while leaving the job half finished at an outrageous price. Go anywhere else.

Comment : I recently needed a catalytic converter replacement, spark plugs replacement, and a fuel injection service. After calling different mechanics and getting vastly different prices I settled on Christian Brothers. Beau is the person that has been with me everyday step of the way. He has been prompt about answering my questions, giving me price comparisons and making this process go by smoothly. I took my car in and got it back a couple of days later. (I was expecting a week or so) I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and kindness I experienced. Beau even went out of the way to reach out and check on how my car was doing. Which I appreciated so much. Christian Brothers Automotive will always get my business. I can't recommend this place enough.

Comment : Christian Brothers always provides excellent service with a personal touch, but yesterday Chris Negen went above and beyond. My truck had broken down near the shop, and he went out of his way to get the truck to the shop in order for me not to pay for a tow. I never expected this. Thank you Chris

Comment : We’ve had our oil changed and tires rotated several times and been helped by Jon every time. He really makes you feel welcome and keeps you updated on the progress the whole time and really goes above and beyond with anything you need! I recommend Christian Brothers to anyone needing work done on their car!
