Comment : poor customer service by phone, first person told me it was $50 to just evaluate and run diagnosis on my car AC, when i called back to say I would drop my car off, other person picked up and said who ever told me that pricing, was wrong; lost a future client.

Comment : Frighlfully expensive and not sure was completely worth it. A synthetic oil change for a 7.5qt European vehicle was close to $200. Chaning an air filter and cabin filter cost me $130. The biggest offender was a simple inspection of the parking brake light cost $239. All in all a $530+ bill for something I would be paying the dealer a lot less for.
Will definitely not be going back here. My search will continue for a more fair priced shop or its back to the dealer. I don't doubt the quality of their work, but if they charge dealer prices or more, I would rather go to the dealer

Comment : I had my alignment done here and was very impressed with the whole experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest - no pressure or unnecessary upsells. One thing I especially appreciated: when the car was ready, they kindly offered to pick up my husband from home so he could drive the car back. That saved us the trouble of packing up our baby and taking two cars. So thoughtful and convenient! My car drives perfectly now. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.
