Comment : We’ve been using this place for our go-to state inspection place for a couple of years, but it was not a good experience at all this time. I called before I brought my car in and when I got there for the inspection, I asked how long it would take. The guy at the front desk told me that it would take about 20 minutes and luckily, there’s no wait. So I sat down and waited inside. After 35 minutes passed, I went to ask about my car and the other guy with beard told me that it’s not done. Another 15 minutes passed, I had to ask again because my lunch break was about to be over. Now the same guy with the beard told me that they couldn’t do it because they’re having a technical problem. And he said I can leave if I needed to leave without even apologizing to me! Are you kidding me? I had to waste my one hour linch break for nothing and you just tell me to leave? They absolutely don’t have any respect for their customers’ time. That’s not okay!

Comment : My car needed 4 new tires. What did CBA suggest, replace Rack & Pinion, and other repairs. I took their scammy inspection report, my trusted mechanic sent me to a tire shop. Problem fixed.
How so these guys go to sleep at night?

Comment : My battery died a few days after I got an oil change & state inspection (I don’t think the issues were related). I called CB so see if they noticed anything during the inspection and instead of a back and forth they just came to me and jumped my car (all w/in about 30 mins). I dropped my car off and they replaced the battery which was under warranty. Whole thing took about 2 hrs from my car not starting to up and running.
