Found this quote on their website, directly from the franchise owner of this location. Reliable, trustworthy... Christian faith...

Today I found out the devil exists... and he hides in plain sight among the flock taking advantage of those without knowledge.

You may think like me... Christian Brothers... man they must be kind, trustworthy people with a name like Christian Brothers... Surely the people that work here must be god fearing honorable people.
You may even see the reviews and think... wow 4.8 rating with 700+ reviews! They must be awesome!
Think again.

My ONLY advice to you is... WHATEVER they quote you, get a second opinion from ANYONE else. Do Not agree to their testing.

1. Went in for check engine light + track system
2. guy up front runs diagnostic on check engine light
3. I mention to him might be a wheel sensor or gas cap (usually it is the gas cap according to google).
4. He tells me the diagnostic says its a evac problem
5. Shows me on the screen they need to run tests totaling $380 after taxes
6. I ask him, the tests alone will cost 380?
7. He says yes, then once they figure out what's wrong, the parts to replace the issue will cost more.
8. I leave and stop by oreileys and buy a gas cap for 15 bucks to try it out.
9. problem solved.

This is more so a reminder for me, never come here.
They are 100% overcharging customers. They are overcharging you for 'tests'. They are overcharging you for parts. You can even ask for used parts, but that is not in their best interest so they won't even mention it.

They are hiding behind the guise of 'Christian' to overcharge you and take advantage of you with scummy business practices.

Comment : Recently moved to TX. Took my car here for state inspection. Service Advisor Andrew took care of my vehicle and work was completed in less than 30 minutes. He also gave me detailed instructions on what to do next to complete my vehicle registration for TX. Additionally, the inspection didn’t cost me anything. I am pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service of Christian Brothers in Aubrey. They have earned a loyal customer!

Comment : Staff and service are amazing and really kind. I went for a State Inspection for my Ford Fiesta, it was close to closing and they still did it, less than 10 minutes waiting, and during that while, me and the staff had a great talk! By the end, they even answered questions about issues I am having with my car, we were talking so much I said I was almost about to forget to pay, and surprisingly, it was free! Great great GREAT service and techs! Will definitely come back and recommend, congratulations to the management, your staff is absolutely amazing!!! God bless all these people working there
