Comment : I towed my car to the shop because the engine light sensor was on. They performed a thorough car check and identified several issues. They fixed these issues at a reasonable price, as discussed. However, when I picked up the car, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working. I asked the shop why they hadn?t caught this during the car inspection, and they admitted that it had been missed.

I left the shop mad and the next day, the engine light came back ON

Comment : This place truly lives up to its name. You can feel the integrity from the moment you walk in.
My son took his car to a dealership repair shop to have it checked before a road trip. When he left, they told him there were multiple issues with the car. He decided to hold off on the repairs and deal with the costly recommendations later.
When he came to visit me, he shared his experience, and something didn?t sit right with me. I decided to call Christian Brothers for a second opinion. Their team walked us through what those types of issues would typically cost, then performed their own inspection.
To our surprise, they found that none of the issues the dealership mentioned were actually present.
Integrity, integrity, integrity. It is refreshing to know there are still honest people who genuinely care and are not trying to take advantage of others. My son is a young man, and it felt like the dealership saw that as an opportunity, but that was not the case here.
I am truly grateful to have found a place that stands by its values. We will absolutely be returning for any future car needs. This is an auto shop I highly recommend.

Comment : I want to share my experience? i encountered a strange noise coming from the glove compartment in my Honda. I pulled in to Christian Brothers and was greeted by Ethan S. Without hesitation he came out and heard the strange noise.. immediately stopped what he was doing and pulled my car in. Turned out to be acorns in my blower. Gave me some options and answered some questions? so due to the experience I plan on bringing all 4 of the vehicles in my household for future business.. I was encountered with a smile and a great attitude.. I was extremely pleased with his response and hospitality..thank you Ethan!

Comment : Brought our Mini here for a simple oil change and they failed to properly torque the oil plug down. This left the car hemorrhaging oil. It could have caused catastrophic damage if we hadn?t noticed the large puddle where she was parked. We had to take another vehicle to her next destination to add more oil so she could safely make it back home last night.
