Comment : Awesome people!! From helping me get to and from work a few times, to checking in with my MaxCare auto policy, they really took care of me from start to finish! My car was in and out as fast as they could and were lovely through it all. They even stayed late one evening to make sure I got my car back that same night. :) I will definitely be returning!

Comment : This experience was incredibly frustrating and will be my last time coming here.

I scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment and dropped my car off at 7:40 AM, with a clear request to have it back by 2 PM. I received no updates throughout the day. When I finally called around 3 PM, I was told the report was “almost done,” but after asking further, I learned the inspection had actually been completed around 1 PM and no one bothered to notify me.

I was then told that appointments are essentially “first come, first serve,” which makes the entire scheduling system misleading. If that’s the case, there’s no point in offering appointment times at all.

The inspection itself was $96 (after a $15 coupon), and because the vehicle cannot pass without required items, I had no real choice but to approve a $40 license plate lightbulb replacement—something that should cost a fraction of that.

It got worse toward closing. I called at 5:11 PM to confirm the bulb would be replaced before they closed at 6 PM and was told it would be handled. By 5:30 PM, it still wasn’t done. We were told we could leave the car and would receive a payment link, so we agreed and left briefly.

Shortly after, we received a message saying the keys could not be left in the car until payment was made. Since they are closed on weekends and I need my car for Monday, this put us in a position where we risked not having access to our own vehicle—all over poor communication and last-minute changes.

Between the lack of communication, misleading scheduling, and pricing, this was a frustrating and unnecessary experience. I won’t be returning. A process like this doesn’t just inconvenience customers—it shows a complete lack of respect for their time.

Following up on my previous review: the response from the business described this as an “unexpected” communication issue and suggested taking the conversation offline.

Unfortunately, this experience—and others—suggest it’s not an isolated issue but a reflection of how their scheduling and communication currently operate. Appointments don’t function as actual appointments, and updates are not provided in a timely way.

I’m sharing this so others have a clear and accurate expectation.

Comment : The staff were so pleasant, patient and kind. The work was done as planned and on time. The gas cap broke, so they ordered another and had me return at my convenience to have it put on my gas tank!
