Comment : Unbelievable how these guys were able to manufacture problems. I needed an alignment, but all the local shops were about two or three weeks out. So I go for an alignment and they suggest about $8,000 worth of repairs. My mechanic (doesn’t do alignments) warned me of their reputation, but I was still shocked at how they do business. The “best” one was for an oil change, which I literally had done that very same week. Get a second opinion if you go here.

I recently switched to Christian Brothers Automotive from my longtime garage, and I couldn’t be happier. The level of customer service at Christian Brothers is like no other garage I’ve ever patronized, or any business in general for that matter! Whether in person or on the phone, everyone is always so polite and customer-focused.

When I was checking my car in last week for inspection and an oil change, I realized I had neglected to renew my registration. No problem! The gentleman at the counter renewed it for me right on the spot. He also printed a copy of my updated insurance card, provided my new registration, and even gave me a brand-new plastic protector to store my papers in my glove box.

Not only that, but when the courtesy driver dropped me off to pick up my vehicle, my Acadia was waiting for me at the front door! At my old garage, I had to walk down a steep hill and back a rocky driveway to get my vehicle. I walk with a cane, so that was never easy. But not at Christian Brothers!

Five-star customer service every time. I’ll definitely be back and will tell my friends!
