Comment : I took my 13 year old Chrysler 300 into Christian Brothers to replace the upper control arms, do an alignment and take my car to get new tires at Discount Tires, which was supposed to be a one day job. When they checked my car they found I had a leak in the fuel tank and that needed to be fixed asap because it was a safety and environmental hazard. The first one they ordered wasn’t satisfactory so they had to order another one, which meant I had to wait for another fuel tank to come in.
David kept me up to date on everything, Carol picked me up and took me to work, and Preston made sure I had an Uber to pick me up from work. Christian Brothers took great care of me and I am so appreciative of how they served me and took care of everything I needed with my car. I will never go to another mechanic. I also want to send a shout out to Rick, who I haven’t met but have heard so much about. I was moved to hear how he takes care of his employees. ❤

Comment : I wanted to share my experience with Christian Brothers in Lewisville.
The people there are very nice but they don't know anything about Jeeps .
I got hit back in June 2024 my insurance company asked if i would like to take it to Christian Brothers due to it having a problem with my traction light being on and it locking .
I brought my Jeep there and Preston took it in and said he fixed the problem.
A few days later my Jeep did the same thing but way worse it was so bad I couldn't drive it with out it locking up . I called my insurance and the company and Explained to them what was happening he told me to bring it back to Christian brothers so I did. They fixed it apparently, but found another problem. Fix that too. Now on August 8th someone hit my bumper and made a big dent in the bumper my insurance company had me take it to A crash company to fix the bumper but it wouldn't drive without it locking again .
The company fixed the dent but couldn't fix the the traction lock so my insurance company had it towed to Christian brothers to see what was going on with it since they fixed it before.
They tried to fix it but again when I picked it up it started doing the same thing !
I also noticed stuff was missing out of my Jeep ! Someone there stole some of my Jeep ducks yes not to big but big deal to me that I trusted my vehicle with them ...
I called them and they said they will look at the cameras. Of course I didn't get a call back .
So I brought it back to have them look at the problem again and they called me a few days later and said they should've looked at more into it when I got hit my alternator was broke and leaking something onto my sensors and making it do what I was doing they said so of course they fix that. They also said they didn't alignment and some other stuff. Finally, I got to pick it up after two weeks When I picked it up. Everything seems fine but within a half an hour my check engine light came on. I tried calling them, but it was after hours so I sent a text message on the number that was texting me about updates on my vehicle I never got a text back but I did call them the next day and let them know and they asked me if I can bring it back in, but I told them there's no way I can right now cause I'm too busy at work so a few days later, my vehicle started shaking and pulling to the right so I let them know again it's starting to shake, but I'm so busy at work. I didn't have a day off and they're closed on Saturday and Sundays so about a week and a half went by and my jeep was shaking so bad I had to pull over on the side of the road so I had to call my insurance company and tell them what happens so I brought it back into Christian brothers after a few days I get a text message from Christian brothers stating the shaking is not from them. It's probably from my tires and my lift kit. Well, I bought my jeep that way and I never had problems ever !
So they let my jeep sit there doing nothing to fix the problem. On a jeep it's called the Death Shake if they do a alignment on it not fixing it right it will do this . Brock is the second guy that has no clue about Jeeps
I went to go pick up my jeep not very happy and asked them what they did. They told me nothing and try to once again and blame me on my tires. They also stated that they are certified and stuff like that to fix it so again, I asked them then. Why would you Try to fix my jeep in the first place? I felt like I was taking advantage of my insurance company was as well. My jeep is worse than it was, and now I had to take it to another place that is certified in jeeps to look at it once again I also tried calling the corporate office several times less several messages, even with the secretary at front and not received a callback very disappointed in this company, especially stating they are a Christian company makes me sad.

Comment : I don't know who was driving your company car at 3:20 on 7/9/25, but can you remind them of road rules?

This employee missed their left turn from south bound old Orchard into HTea0. Rather than using the GREEN ARROW that was actively showing on the signal to the make a left, then a U-turn right into your own parking lot, they chose to reverse north on old Orchard FROM the light back to the HTeaO entrance. While cars where approaching from behind.

If these employees can't take 1 minute to drive salefy, what other short cuts do they take?

Comment : They are amazing. Noticed my slid plate was hanging a day before a holiday. The shop that caused it was closed. Thankfully Christian Brothers Automotive was open. They fixed it very quickly and didn’t even charge. An absolutely blessing. I will be back for any servicing my car needs going forward.

Comment : Christian brothers in Lewisville is fantastic!!

Preston is OUTSTANDING!

They have taken such great care of us, our 2 children, and our 4 parents' cars for over 20 years...

Plus, our brother-in-law Rob drives all the way up from Arlington to have all his service done at this location!

But this last week they have truly out-done themselves, and Preston has just been incredible!!

We are selling our house, and we had to fly to our condo in Colorado once it went on the market so everything would be perfect for showings…

The day before we flew out, they found an issue while inspecting the car for my oil change, and found a leak in the Front Differential Assembly.

Preston researched it, and it’s a rare leak that will cost a lot of hours to repair (they have to take the engine apart)

My husband was already in Colorado and Preston came out personally and had them lift up the car and made a video and explained everything and why it cost so much to repair for my husband.

That really meant a lot to me that he took off the engine cover and showed us the leak and showed us so we could see with our own eyes.

He recommended “just watching it” because we don’t drive it that much “to save us money” - so sweet. He could’ve told us "this really needs to be fixed."

Because of the potential cost of the future repair, my husband wanted to sell the car…

I called Preston the next morning and asked him to please quote it because I love the car so much and I couldn’t bear to part with it :)

It is a 10 year old car, but drives beautifully and I feel so safe in it.

Bless his sweet heart...Preston said “If my wife asked me the same thing I would be as aggressive as I could on the quote.”
“Because I would want to make my wife happy too!!” Aww!!!!

He gave us a quote that was much less than we expected.

I said “YAY!!!!! Yes!”

I drove the car over right away and he got the part there within 1 hour!!

I still had to fly out of town, but he offered to personally return the car to our house once it was finished.

He parked the car very carefully in the garage and set up the trickle charger, put the keys where I asked him to, and sent me photos of everything!!!!

I’ve always been blown away by Christian Brothers Lewisville excellent service and prices...

But Preston really went above and beyond in so many different way, and I’m so so so grateful!!

Comment : Decided to take my vehicle here for a diagnostic and repair.The service here was handled very professionally from all the technicians. Mr. David and Mrs Carol were very kind, helpful and had a great conversation with them both! They throughly explained the issues of my car and what to watch out for in the future. Very much pleased that I decided to come here. 13/10 :-)
