Comment : I took my work truck in for an AC diagnostic / repair. Tim was my point of contact for all information on results and recommendations. Tim kept me aware of progress and walked me through the online authorization process. The diagnostic and authorization took only one day and repairs (complete AC replacement) was completed halfway through the second day thanks to Nick the technician. Overall I would recommend this business to any of my friends and family.

Comment : Better off going anywhere else. Took my car in that had multiple issues, which I'm aware of, which I informed them of. I explained that I knew the car had suspension issues and needs new brakes, I even shared all of the codes that came up as I recently had the transmission rebuilt and that the transmission shop let me know what the codes were. I needed a diagnostic done to figure out what the issue was, likely the intake manifold and an upstream 02 sensor. After leaving my car at the shop all day, I get a long list of issues that need to be fixed with a grand total of about $7000. The funny thing is that I paid $165 for them to tell me all the issues I already knew I had, but wanted to charge another $200 to diagnose the problem I went there for in the first place. Also tried to make me wait another day to get my vehicle back as their "courtesy shuttle" was not back yet, so a $40 uber on top of being robbed for $165. Got a call back as he magically "just arrived." When I arrived to get my car they joked about "how many red lights did he run? Y'all got back fast." I'm not here for comedy sir, but your shop is a joke. Rats get fat I guess.

Comment : I took my Mini in for alignment and they were friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and even made adjustments after the initial one fell short of my goal. The symptoms disappeared after adjustment as my car wasn?t stable at high speeds with the new wheels. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Comment : My husband and I have used Christian Brothers in Lake Worth for years and have been very happy with their service, friendly sales people and prices. Today was no different when I rolled in with low tires (my small compressor was out of commission at home), and asked Tim if he could help me. He aired up my tires with a smile. Again, we're very happy with their service and friendly/helpful sales people.

Comment : I had my 98 GMC Sierra c1500 towed here in 2023. I believed they were be able to help get my engine back idling properly. I got the compression test that apparently came back to be good. I gave them the ok to change the manifold gasket they said was causing the problem. After they had my truck for 3 weeks, I paid $2100 for the service and returned to my truck. Upon cranking it up and exiting the property I only discovered the problem was much worst. My engine shook rapidly. They assured me it was because it needed new spark plugs and they wanted to charge me $700 for them to change. I did the spark plug change myself but the rough engine conditions remained. Two days later the motor seized up while I was at my neighborhood corner store. I was accused for damaging my own motor when I took it back to them. They were not taking accountability then and I am certainly not looking for it now. Their unprofessional mistake left me stuck out of a ride until I replaced the engine entirely. They are by far the worst mechanics I ever had to deal with. Also, I had $100 Jimmy Choo cologne stolen while my truck was in their custody. This was a real valuable lesson of my life. Hopefully this saves someone from getting the same awful experience I received.

Comment : At the beginning of this year, they got me an oil change for under $60 I believe, and I have great experiences every time I go there. Other locations are not as cheap and willing to take you more than 15 minutes on the courtesy shuttle. I?m not saying all locations but the one in Arlington charge is $130 and would not take me 15 minutes down the road. Christian Brothers in Lake Worth has amazing customer service and I definitely recommend them. They have the cheapest oil change and shuttle service and usually whenever I go to other places, they charge me $80 and don?t have shuttle service. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Comment : The front desk guy is really nice and helpful. But the parts manager and GM or rude and unprofessional. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry. The front desk guy went to ask how long behind the wall and the parts guy stated very loudly ?idc if she in a rush, she gone have to wait, I?ll be done when I?m done, I?m working one car at a time? how am i supposed to know yall only have one mechanic? I simply stated i was in a hurry. I didn?t rush anyone. The GM sat there and heard the whole conversation and then came to the front acting as if she didn?t know. I told them it?s rude to speak loudly about customers when they are sitting right in the lobby. She looked at me weird and said the convo might?ve been about someone else. Even if that was the case why are you allowing your employees to speak like that about customers ? To me it was unprofessional and rude.
