Comment : Pathetic. You will not be seeing me ever again. Was told $3K to $4K max. Final bill was almost $6K. I am new to the area and have been told about your pricey reputation. Pretty clear to me by the way your weak ass cashier acted, that your organization could give a shit.

Comment : I rarely write a bad review but Christian Brothers Automotive is a place I would never use again. When my husband purchased his truck from CarMax, they offer an extended warranty with all purchases and he purchased that (well we all did because we use CarMax for just about all our car purchases). Recently we had some issues with the remotes for the truck and I allowed it to be towed to their preferred automotive repair shop.Once they tell me they need to replace the power bank, I ask them if they need to second key fob. The advisor says oh no the programmer said they didn t need it. On the same call I m following up to determine the status of the repair and the advisor says Ram Trucks will not release the part without me proving ownership so I send all the documents I had. Now they have all the parts and seemingly fix the vehicle.Upon pickup they return all my documents and say that the programmer said that was a lot. Mind you they told need they needed it for the dealership to release the parts. Now I pickup my truck on a Friday and I m like something isn t right. When I ve driven the truck in the past there is a start/stop function and you can tell when the engine shuts off and comes back on. That was not the case. So I called the following Tuesday and advised my start/stop was not working which was the original reason I sent the truck there. They said well it s a button you need to turn on (like I m stupid or something I already know that). So I m sitting waiting for a bus to pull in its stop sign on Friday and the error message shows Start/Stop Unavailable and moves the car to park. I try to move it to drive and it says Start/Stop must be available . I turn the truck off then back on and it lets me change gears but the check engine light is on.I proceed to take to to Christian Brothers Kingwood immediately following. A guy in a collared shirt checks me in and says We will bring it in as a check-in to see if it s related to any work we have done. Mind you they reprogrammed the ENTIRE truck. They ask of I can drop it off. I said okay I need I ride back home. Took forever to get the ride back home so I called my daughter to come get me.NO communication over the entire day on Friday so I called around 4PM to be told that it will go over the weekend (mind you they are closed the weekend). I advise the person communication would have been nice and say okay to Monday.Monday comes and the advisor calls me and says they couldn t find anything wrong after test driving the vehicle and that the programmer wanted another fee to do the second fob (remember I called to ask if they needed the second fob and they said no). Also said my truck needed an update to fix the issue which would be another fee. I declined both.I get my truck back yesterday and they definitely did work because the truck is back to normal. Start/Stop working as expected. I can tell when it turns off and back onI am not sure if they thought because I was a woman I could be bamboozled but this it the worse service experience I ve ever had. I normally go to the dealer and these shops like this should just say go to the dealer ifc they don t really understand the componentsI still never refer anyone to use their services because the advisors lie.Programming charge for the locksmith was $425.I rarely write a bad review but Christian Brothers Automotive is a place I would never use again.
