Comment : Too busy to care. Went in there with a check engine light and some acceleration issues and neither of those issues were resolved. I even showed them what the check engine light was showing and they refused to even look at it for reference. Paid for a diagnostic and asled the guy in charge of my car if there was as any other issues with the car that I should know (low fluids, brakes, etc.) and he proceeded to tell me nothing else needs to be done with the car regarding maintenance or the engine. A few hours later I get the report and it shows a over 10+ items that were showing maintenance and a other engine issues they did not mention. I called again to see if they could tell what was so severe that they marked so many items and they basically didn’t have much of explanation. Called again because my car was showing the same issues I came in for and they basically told me I would be charged again for another diagnostic and it would take another whole day. If you value your time and money when you are is crisis simply go somewhere else.
