Comment : Fantastic first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. Had an issue with my car and the quote on the repair seemed high. Took it to CBA for a second opinion, git a more detailed analysis of the problem (both were the same, with a reco to do a one step for all four cylinders vs just the two that appeared to have an issue. Cost was 26% cheaper.

Good enough reason to rethink who my trusted shop is. But the people? Amazing interactions with everyone I talked with. Knowledgeable. Patient. Friendly. And great listeners to help me convey my concerns.

Comment : I always have a great experience here. The staff is respectful, professional, honest, and upfront about pricing. Today I had an especially great experience. I just went in for an oil change, but the employee working at the front desk was basically the kindest human I've ever met. The waiting space is also very clean and neat, which is great when I need to work at the same time.

Comment : Went in a few months ago cause another vehicle’s blownout tire flung towards my car, smacked my bumper, and then drug down the undercarriage. I was worried that it damaged something underneath and about the integrity of the broken parts on the bumper. (Wasn’t worried about aesthetics, but didn’t want it to potentially cause problems when driving on the highway or if we were on a bumpy road.) Your team did a thorough check to give us peace of mind, were going to help us find a body shop if something needed to be done and they couldn’t help, and performed an inspection while we were there. Every person I’d interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and- most importantly- honest. It’s incredibly refreshing to have finally found a shop here after disappointing encounters with 4 prior shops over the years (the one I went to before coming to y’all’s shop literally spent 2 minutes glancing at the front of the car with me, wouldn’t look under to check for damages, and insisted it needed to be done and would cost a little under $1.2K- but don’t worry, you’ll hit your deductible and insurance will cover the rest!). 5 Star guys running/working this location.
