Comment : This place is an absolute joke. I took a car there multiple times for a sound in my car. Well they couldn't “recreate it” so didn't fix anything. Encouraged me to send in a video which i did, showing very loudly the hollow metal sound made, still they couldn't “recreate it” so they don't know what to fix. May have been mistaken but i surely thought thats what they are there for. To figure out the reason for the noise. Apparently i need to tell them what is wrong for them to fix. The “lead tech” is rude and needs to not work in customer areas. He hid in the back after driving my car instead of coming out to tell me that 10 min of driving and he can't find the noise so no need to keep the car. His name is Lewis Vena. Run if you see that man near goes car.

Comment : They must be really friendly to get so many good reviews because they're certainly not competitive on price. Not at least for what I needed. Called to schedule a brake fluid service and fuel injection service and they came out $60 more than what the dealership was charging. All other auto shops in the area were about $100 under the dealership. Wanted to give this place a try because they're apart of the Costco auto program. Crazy they're actually more expensive than the dealership.

Comment : I had an excellent experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. I recently had my CV joints replaced and a wheel alignment completed. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive compared to other estimates I received.

The customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. The complimentary shuttle service made the experience especially convenient, providing transportation home while my vehicle was being serviced and returning to pick me up once the work was completed.

The staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming. I was offered coffee while I waited and appreciated the friendly conversation and attention to customer service.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service, reasonable pricing, and professionalism. I would confidently recommend Christian Brothers Automotive and will return for future automotive service needs.

Comment : Was told my AC estimate would apply toward any services purchased. When I elected to have Freon added only then that offer changed. I basically paid $392 for an oil change. Plus CB is just as if not more expensive than a dealership. Save yourself the headache don't visit CB.
