Comment : I drove from Wisconsin specifically to have CBA perform a pre-purchase inspection (car dealer was in Independence MO), and I'm so glad I did. They spent a full hour conducting a thorough, detailed inspection and uncovered several items in need of repair, most notably that the rack and pinion steering required replacement. On a $60,000+ vehicle, that's a significant finding that could have cost me dearly down the road.

Their inspection gave me exactly what I needed to negotiate confidently and make a well-informed decision. It genuinely saved me from walking into an expensive surprise.

On top of the quality work, the team is incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy. They kept me updated every step of the way via text, email, and phone, great communication throughout.

Highly recommend CBA to anyone considering a pre-purchase inspection. Worth every penny.

Comment : Being out of town with car trouble is a horrible experience. I called Christian Brother?s and they were so good to talk with and were able to get my car in that day. I had a diagnosis and an estimate in my email by the next morning. They were able to finish the work in a timely manner even though I did not have an appointment. I am very grateful they were able to get my car up and going quickly.

Comment : The team at Independence Christian Brothers went above and beyond at every step while servicing my car. After picking it up, the issue unfortunately returned on my drive home. I called them, and they asked me to bring it back in.

They quickly discovered that the replacement part they had installed was defective out of the box. In the meantime, while they sourced a new part from a different brand, they personally drove me home. Once the repair was completed, they conducted extensive test driving to make sure the issue was fully resolved?even recreating the same highway driving conditions where the problem first reappeared.

Now my car is running great, and I left feeling completely confident in their work and their commitment to getting things right. While they aren?t the closest mechanic to me, I?ll gladly make the trip in the future for any car service I need.

Comment : I feel like i wasted $194 . To be told my battery was bad but it actually wasn?t , just my key . Other than that they were very informative and kept me up to date.
