Comment : Christian Brothers is always my go to for any mechanical needs. They are always polite, honest, and easy to work with. They never push you into buy and adding on to things on top of what you are there for. I have never had an issue at all there and they have always been able to accommodate any needs I have for my car.

Comment : Pleasant to deal with and not pushy. They send in-depth diagnostic reports for your review, along with detailed explanations, educational videos, as well as photos and videos of their work. They also have a complimentary shuttle service which nice is a touch (not to mention a lot cheaper and more pleasant than Lyft/Uber).

By far the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop.

Comment : I drove from Wisconsin specifically to have CBA perform a pre-purchase inspection (car dealer was in Independence MO), and I'm so glad I did. They spent a full hour conducting a thorough, detailed inspection and uncovered several items in need of repair, most notably that the rack and pinion steering required replacement. On a $60,000+ vehicle, that's a significant finding that could have cost me dearly down the road.

Their inspection gave me exactly what I needed to negotiate confidently and make a well-informed decision. It genuinely saved me from walking into an expensive surprise.

On top of the quality work, the team is incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy. They kept me updated every step of the way via text, email, and phone, great communication throughout.

Highly recommend CBA to anyone considering a pre-purchase inspection. Worth every penny.

Comment : Being out of town with car trouble is a horrible experience. I called Christian Brother?s and they were so good to talk with and were able to get my car in that day. I had a diagnosis and an estimate in my email by the next morning. They were able to finish the work in a timely manner even though I did not have an appointment. I am very grateful they were able to get my car up and going quickly.
