Comment : So I have been dealing with Christian brothers automotive for the last 3,4 years with my BMW I went in on Friday to in on Friday to have maintenance and oil changed on all my vehicle while my vehicle was there I get a text about numerous of things that need to be done to my car. I then tell them OK do some work on my vehicle which came in the range of $1500 out the door price after that I get my car and noticed that I have three lights on in my vehicle my brake lights, my brake fluid lights and my malfunctioning SOS emergency call. I called them back on Monday and explain that I was just there Friday and I had all this work done and my brake lights are still on which brakes were one of the things that they did on my vehicle day two I go back and they said that they cannot get my brake lights to go off and it’ll be additional $150 in order for me to have my brakes flushed after paying $1500. I spent two hours there and I left with the same lights still on on my vehicle I called back they they say bring it back on Tuesday. The specialist will be there the specialize in my vehicle. Will I get there today and I’m there not more than five minutes and the guy come out and say your car is ready. Well when I get in my car today again the same issue is going on with my car. I called back and speak to the owner. He tells me that I need to bring the car back so he can check the brake fluid or the brakes but nothing else but the malfunction and SOS light was not on when I dropped off my vehicle on Friday but when I picked it up on Friday evening, it was on and it is still on so now I have to find somewhere else to take my vehicle cause I called and spoke with the owner and I told him I would not be after three years bringing my vehicle back to him. This is crazy $1500 and you still want an extra $150 I would not do business with them. I would not refer anybody else to do business with them.

Comment : Great shop! I was traveling across country with a trailer and they not only got me in right away, but helped me get the trailer disconnected so they could service it. Then they found a simple electrical connection fix and only charged me the diagnostic fee.

Comment : We were traveling from out of town when we heard a loud noise from our car. Christian brothers automotive was are nearest location to diagnose our problem. Even though they could not provide a new tire for us at the time to get us back on the road they called around and found us a location and set it up for us. We were so willing to pay them for their time, but they refused to charge us anything.
Car problems out of state is so stressful and to find a shop to be so helpful was such a blessing! Much thanks to the staff of Christian Brothers Automotive.
