Comment : My daughter, who was 4hrs away from home called me about her brakes. It was either drive 4hrs to do a brake job (which I would've gladly done for my children) or pray for an honest mechanic in the area... First google search was Christian Brothers Automotive. Can't say enough good stuff about Dave and the guys. AAA+++ Thanks again, Dave!

Comment : First time visit. I called in the am and was given an evening appointment for an alignment on my Toyota Tundra. Mark was very enthusiastic and kind to help me get setup. The service was very prompt and took less time than quoted. The report was well explained upon completion. The atmosphere here is exemplary!

Comment : Excellent customer service! I have been taking my car here for a few years and the quality of service and professionalism is outstanding. Both Dave and Matt scheduled the services I wanted, along with a complete review of my car. I received text messages from Matt throughout the process, showing me pictures and/or videos of my car along with recommendations for any issues found. I was then able to approve any of the items listed that I wanted completed, along with the cost of each item. I was notified when my car would be ready, and it was as promised. It's nice dealing with such polite and honest people. Highly recommend this business and the associate's that work there. Thanks!

Comment : I found myself in an unexpected situation with my car and had to think and act quickly, and in moments like that, you really see someone?s true character.

I spoke directly with Rob, and I can honestly say he was phenomenal. From the very beginning, he was patient, honest, and incredibly kind. There was no hesitation just immediate understanding and a willingness to help, which made a stressful situation feel a whole lot lighter.

His professionalism and the way he handled everything went a long way for me. Because of him, I was able to take the time I needed to figure things out without feeling rushed or pressured.

I?m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this place based on the way he treated me alone. That kind of care and respect doesn?t go unnoticed. God is good!

Comment : This was the greatest experience. The most honest people on the business. They gave us a quote to repair our car. I told them to fix it and was going to pay that amount of $2,700. They contacted me, said the part was under warranty and if we took it to a dealership for repair there should be no charge. They didn't have to do that. We would never have known and paid them. That is HONESTY at its finest. THANK YOU!!!
I will certainly use them in the future and refer all ny friends. They were super nice and respectful.

Comment : I was traveling through Birmingham on my way back home to Minnesota, when i noticed a some sort of a cover protector for my oil pan hanging loose. I took it to Christian Brothers and they took it in a bay immediately, within 30 minutes I was on the road again. Great customer service, though I don?t leave in the area I would highly recommend it to those that do.
