Comment : I am extremely happy with this repair. My 2015 Mini with 104k miles was squeaking quite a bit even when backing out of driveway and especially going over bumps. CBA isolated problem to worn rear struts/shocks, replacing them completely fixed the problem. They ordered original Mini parts which took a few days to get. I am sure repair cost was far less than dealer. Squeaks are completely gone and ride is very smooth, and it s a pleasure to drive my car again. Comment : They take forever even with an appointment (second time I ve been to this location and waited 30+ minutes for them to begin working on my car) and they do a full inspection without being requested and suggest services that are not required and are very expensive to do willy nilly. Avoid this location. Comment : I have followed Blake (mgr) from McKinney to Castle Hills. He is the most honest, loyal, and caring service manager I have ever encountered. In a world where integrity and true customer service is nonexistent, Blake and his staff are well worth the drive. Corners are never cut and extremely transparent. He ENSURES his staff is wired with these qualities as well. Blake and his crew has kept my son and I safely driving through out DFW for six plus years, for a reasonable price.
