Comment : Way overcharging for parts, basically a scam. Got multiple other opinions elsewhere that were much more reasonable for the exact same parts and labor. 300% markup on certain parts they quoted me. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

Comment : Found out there are owners as of 10/24. Honest Mechanic is an oxymoron, but at Christian Bros in grapevine I got just that.Owner told me what was needed now and what I could wait on and for how long each item could wait. Being female it was very refreshing to not feel taken advantage of by a male-dominated industry.I will be using this facility from now on for all of our cars - Lexus Rx and Toyota Tundra.Do not hesitate to bring your car here.Found out there are owners as of 10/24. Comment : Prompt. proficient and reasonably priced replacement of my bad wheel bearings. BUT, they charged 4 times as much to 1) replace front brake pads that were barely broken in with just over 6K miles of interstate driving and 2) replace front brake rotors that show no cracks, no hot spots and have barely perceptible ridge on one face, none on the other face. Replacement of these parts was definitely 'make work' for the mechanics not service for the customer.Prompt. proficient and reasonably priced replacement of my bad wheel bearings. Comment : I had an oil change done with their coupon. It was easy and I waited while car was in shop. I was pleased at how friendly and kind the staff was to me. Will come back for more maintenance in the future
