Comment : I've been using Christian Brothers for 20+ years & find them to be very professional, honest and customer service oriented. I've recently taken my car to this location because it's close to my apt. The work was done very quickly and with great attention to detail. They research the issue and make sure the parts they intend to replace are the best choice for the problem. The issue is always fixed correctly the first time. Christian Brothers has recently increased their parts & labor warranty to 24,000 miles or 24 months whichever is better for the customer ! They have a shuttle which is convenient for taking you to work or home as well. Be sure & sign up for the Royalty Rewards Program where you can earn points for coupons. I recommend everyone in the Katy area to bring their vehicle to this location for service ! Comment : Made an appointment for a 4 wheel alignment for 8am, was told the vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. Returned at 11am and the vehicle was not touched. Asked for my keys and was not even given a simple apology. Complete waste of time.
