Comment : Very professional staff—from the front desk to the technicians, everyone is courteous and efficient. The location is super convenient, and their pricing is great. One of the best parts? Sometimes they even cover the cost of the state inspection themselves! It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. Highly recommend for both quality service and great value!

Comment : With the exception of the last couple of oil changes or major engine/drivetrain work, I ve done all the maintenance and modifications on my Infiniti myself. When the transmission started acting up I pulled the code and knew right away it was something I didn t want to tackle. I called several shops that I ve dealt with in the past. They either acted like they weren t interested, treated me as if I wasn t going to be able to afford it or it wouldn t be worth it, or they couldn t even look at it to give me an estimate for a week or longer.I called Christian Brothers on a Friday afternoon and Tyler told me to bring it on in. They re closed on the weekends but by noon Monday, I had an estimate. I already had an idea how expensive it was going to be and I wasn t expecting them to have the parts on hand so I was not surprised when he told me he could have it ready by the following Friday which worked for me because I was on vacation anyway.I hadn t had the opportunity to repair my leaking sunroof so I told Tyler that I knew it was supposed to rain starting in the middle of the week and asked if he would please put my car in a bay at least overnight when they weren t using the garage. They honored my request so I didn t have a puddle in floorboard when I picked my car up.From the time I first took my vehicle in, to the day I picked it up, Tyler was on top of it. Everyone there is friendly, the customer waiting area is roomy and both it and the shop are clean and organized. To me, that is a key indicator of how a company and manager treats its customers and employees. Comment : Was in need of an inspection and I always passed by christian brothers decided to go in after getting my sam s order and they were so sweet and nice and even got me in last minute. If work ever needs to get done or I need another inspection i will definitely be coming back! 10/10
