Comment : Simple oil change, right? If you can't trust them to do that, what can you trust them with? Well, they overfilled, left the dipstick hanging out, and spilled oil every place possible.

Ask them to fix the oil overfill and a check engine light comes on. They can't figure that out either so they reset the code by disconnecting the battery with the hope that it becomes someone else's problem. They are so unbelievably incompetent that they couldn't even put the battery cover back on.

Here's the best part: the oil is still too full. Run from this place (if your car is still running when they are done).

Comment : Extremely high personal attention to taking care of the customer.I was only in there for an inspection and yet even though not making money off of my visit, they were kind, thorough and swift.It was an absolute pleasure to witness the interaction between the staff and the customers, both those of us waiting for our vehicles and the people that were calling on the phone.The service was exceptional.The waiting area is clean and comfortable, as well.Highly recommend as they are top notch!Extremely high personal attention to taking care of the customer.I was only in there for an inspection and yet even though not making money off of my visit, they were kind, thorough and swift. Comment : Staff is always courteous and helpful. It is easy to get rides back and forth on their shuttle. Work performed is done at a high quality. They are honest about products used and what they're process on doing service. Serviced F150 and Toyota 4 Runner here.
