Comment : I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis and was charged a $190 diagnostic fee. After the issue was identified, I approved repairs totaling just over $4,000, and the work was completed at pickup.

The diagnostic fee was charged separately and not applied toward the repair total. I called days later after reviewing the bill to contest the charge and was informed it was company policy and would not be adjusted.

While the repair was completed, the overall experience felt like a diagnostic fee followed by a large repair with no adjustment despite the size of the approval. This did not align with my expectation for value in a very competitive market, so I chose to take my business elsewhere.

Comment : Dishonest! They don?t exhibit Christian values. They?re great at telling you the diagnostic fee will go towards your service-ITS A LIE! They charged me triple the cost of what Infiniti charged me.

Edit: Today as I got in my jeep to run some errands, it was like driving a new vehicle. I’d like to add that the body had some pretty bad salt water damage, and fading, because my dad lived in Sargent and the saltwater and salt air did a number on the trim and roof but this morning it was gone! When I say GONE it was gone. Picture black trim with whiteish staining from the sea, well I don’t know what type of automotive magic 🪄 went on, but these guys made my 2015 Jeep with over 99,550 miles on it look like an entirely different car. These awesome dudes got my ride looking beautiful and cleaner than I could have ever imagined it to be. Wow wow wow!!! 🤩 I am so happy and very thankful ❤

Comment : Recently I have been having trouble with my headlights and kept getting referred to other auto shops with no luck, until I found Christian Brothers. It turns out that I had purchased new bulbs that weren?t compatible with my truck, and instead of just taking my money and installing them anyways, they took the time to work through the potential problem with me and explain why those specific bulbs could cause issues in the long run. I am truly so grateful for their kindness and knowledge and can?t recommend this place enough!

Comment : John and his team are absolutely AMAZING. He made sure he provided daily updates on service.The shuttle was available without delay.I was always promptly greeted with a smile upon entry. Most importantly, my car is driving like new. Thank you!
