Comment : Came in because my right passenger light was out and not coming on. They told me they had to keep it for the night and put their “best electrical engineer” on the task.

The next day, they found nothing- I payed over 200$ and took it back. My neighbor, a Volkswagen mechanic took a look at my light, twisted it in place, and it came on within 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe it.

I called christian brothers back and told them what happened and I asked how my car could come back and the light could come on by just twisting the lightbulb when they spent all day trying to figure out what was wrong and charged me anyway.

The man on the phone kept telling me “young lady” this was more “ Complicated than I can understand”

I would never subject anyone to get service like this from these people. Disrespectful. Prejudice. Unknowledgeable. Don’t waste your money and be disrespected by these people.

Comment : The techs got to my car right away. They had it ready in the requested time I ask for. I could tell as soon as I started my car and began to leave Christian Brothers. Steering was tighter and it was a great feel. New brakes did wonders
