Comment : I was stranded so I feel taken advantage of. I way overcharged for parts, as they claimed they couldn t get the less expensive part in until the following week. They also charged for me for an additional overview/inspection/diagnostic that the guy going over estimate with me said they could do some other time. When it was time to get my car it was almost $300 more that I expected and they claimed the service they said they could do later was something else. I feel like the guy was just being slick and intentionally misleading me about the service and out the door cost. When I explained that picking up my car he said that yeah, they could have been more clear and explained it better but offered no solutions. While they said everything with a smile on their face, the whole transaction felt shady and I am out way more money than I can afford. Comment : We had an incident on the freeway where we ran over something resulting in a hole in my tire!! We pulled over on the side if the freeway and Christian brothers was right down on the hill on the access road. My wife went down and within 5 minutes Mike was coming back with her and an air tank to fill the tire up so we could make it down the offramp to a tire shop!!THANK YOU MIKE !!We had an incident on the freeway where we ran over something resulting in a hole in my tire!! Comment : My Christian Brothers experience was exceptional and extremely professional. I was greeted with knowledgeable staff, Mike, and he was well aware of the process that it takes for the assignment. I had my 2012 Tundra with 360k miles transmission serviced and oil change. Very reasonably priced and the full inspection process was great to see all of the details. Some of the professional individuals I meet and talked with were Mike, Raymond, Valentina and Nicole. Comment : I needed an alignment pretty late in the day after I had a lift put on my truck. I had not scheduled an appointment or anything, and they fit me in. They gave me a ride to my house, then came and picked me up, and had the truck ready out front with a detailed report from the work they did. All within a couple of hours. Everyone was super nice and professional. Comment : I have been a customer and based on my opinion when l was quoted around 150.00 for them to replace a burned out light bulb in my opinion is a rip off. I took it to Woods auto where my brother is a repeat customer did it with a hand shake and a have a blessed day now they are the real Christian auto repair shop .

Comment : My Christmas miracle, That's how I want to start this review. I had an ordinary day when out of nowhere my car broke down on me. Aside of being a woman, being new to the area let alone Texas I was so worried/scared as to what could my car possibly have. After consulting with auto zone, and Walmart Auto, I was referred to this place which I had never heard of to be honest. Immediately upon arrival the person on the counter greeted me and was very patient with me as I explained my issue. They quickly took action to my concern and started to inspect the vehicle to determine if it was driveable sure enough it wasn't. I then had the pleasure of meeting Mike who assured me that everything was going to be okay. I left my car with them and prayed that what ever the issue was it would not cost me an arm and a leg. Having no work at the time money was so tight. Later that evening they contacted me and told me that they have decided to bless me with the repair cost. I could not believe what I was hearing, I have never been blessed that way. God knows how much I needed it. Anyway my car feels so smooth running great since the service repair. This place really is about their mission statement. The shop itself is so welcoming, you can feel the good vibes and the technicians are so informative honest and transparent. I will absolutely be returning they have earned my business. I have recommended this place to everyone in the community since discovering it.
