Comment : Good for basic service, but untrustworthy with more than that.

Our Durango’s hemi developed the dreaded tick, and we asked them for diagnosis. We specifically requested they check the exhaust manifolds for a very common warping issue that can be the source. We were told they did check, they were just fine, and it was known to be a lifter failure, and handed us a multi-thousand-dollar quote for that.

Upon taking it to Dodge, we learned within hours that it was indeed the exhaust. We were forced to wait several days for work to begin, as we found that CBA had fully opened a claim against our warranty without our approval of the work, and it took multiple phone calls back to CBA to get that cancelled.

We cannot say which, but either CBA lied to our face about having completed the inspection we requested, or they lied about the results to rob us of thousands to not even fix the issue.

Neither is acceptable. Best leave them to the simple things such as fluids and brakes.
