Comment : My AC went out back in June (Im late with my review lol). When I tell you the staff that day went above and beyond. I was visiting the Houston area and had to travel back to Tennessee. They worked diligently to get me going again. Im gonna put their names in caps so you can see the exceptional staff: CD, LUIS, JO, and RODNEY. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart because honey that Texas heat was no joke!!! I recommend this location 1000%.

Comment : Great customer service!! CD is truly phenomenal along with all the guys their. What I love about this place is that the service is always consistent.
I will say though, I've called other Christian brother locations thinking they were all the same &&& literally horrible customer service.

Comment : I am very disappointed with my recent service. I went in for a state inspection. My check engine light's been on for quite a while. I spent over $9000 in the past year here. Trying to get this resolved, ultimately, the state inspector told me I should just get rid of the car because it needs an engine. I went somewhere else and that did not happen to be the case. It was less than a $1000 worth of repair work necessary, so. Yes, I'm very disappointed and really, really hope for a good resolution here.

Comment : My visit to Christian Brothers Automotive in Energy Corridor was fantastic! Luis was so patient and thorough and answered every single question that I had. I did not feel pressured to authorize any repairs and he actually pointed out and walked me through all of the issues that needed to be addressed with my car. Rather than just telling me the items that needed to be done, Luis showed me the problems and explained how each part of the car worked. The entire process was transparent and up front and I will absolutely return to this location in the future!
