Zachary was very professional and informative, made understanding what I needed done on my car and why very easy to understand and also taught me things about my car i needed to know. Comment : CD at Christian Brothers has worked hard to win our business. We are a big family with multiple cars and we know a lot about cars, so when we need something fixed, we get quotes from multiple places and CD always does his best to match. Best thing about Christian Brothers is that they do everything to make it right. After doing a diagnostic and repair, turns out the problem wasn't totally fixed, but Christian Brothers went out of their way to fix the problem without additional cost, even though it wasn't in the scope of their original quote. I appreciate this place going the extra mile to earn my loyalty and business and just doing what is right. This isn't the cheapest place, but it is the best place, and their prices are competitive. I don't mind paying a small premium for honesty, integrity, customer service, and trust. A+, very highly recommend, go and at least meet CD, and give him a chance to win your business!

I have very expensive repairs for my Subaru outback and they did more than help me with a good rate and blessed me with service that my family couldn?t afford on our own. Comment : Outstanding professionals who will go beyond to do right by their clients...even one like me who stopped by for the First time. I was on my way to the gym and the check engine light came up in my car indicating the I needed some oil, so I popped in their Eldridge/Memorial location and asked if someone could take a quick look and see if I needed more that just a top off of oil. CD was very accommodating and asked one if his guys to take a look at my car right away...found out that it just needed some oil...added a quart and sent me on my way. I asked to pay and CD just said ...no worries...it is on the house. Many thanks CD...Christian Brothers now has a client for life.

Comment : These guys are great. I was out of town in Houston when I had a catastrophic failure, losing my driveshaft on the freeway. I had my vehicle towed to their shop. They helped me feel confident things would be taken care of and they were there to help. This was especially important because I had to leave the vehicle there when I left to go back to Austin. They worked with me as I fought with the Company who had done the repairs that ultimately caused this failure. They provided me documentation, reports, kept me updated on the progress of things, and acted as my advocate. When the other shop decided to step up and take responsibility and had my vehicle towed to their shop to perform the work, Christian never complained nor tried to bill me. All around classy shop with stand up honest practices. Thanks CD!

Comment : They always send me reminders on car inspections and just took care of that for me, they are courteous, they explain exactly what work will be performed on the upcoming coolant, brake fluid replacement, they are willing to meet a lower price so I will have that work performed as well. It is a pleasure dealing with CB!
