Comment : Called them and told them exactly what I needed done. Replace a oil filter housing and they refused to give me an estimate for doing this work over the phone. There is no reason why they can not give me a rough estimate over the phone. I feel like they wanted me to bring the jeep in and then try to up sell me or tell me I needed more work done than I'm requesting. Bring my jeep in and them giving me an estimate that is likely too high since they refuse to give an estimate over the phone. As you can see, they responded but still do not admit that they should have provided a quote over the phone. I called two other shops that gladly gave me a quote, and I took my Jeep to them for the repair. I will not do business with them based on this interaction.

Comment : My fuel pump has went out while heading to work. Had to get it towed, decided to get it towed at Christian brothers. Checked out that I needed a need fuel pump and water pump. Richard was my advisor and he was great! Everything was completed in 1 day and the prices aren’t cheap but the warranty makes up for it.

Comment : I went into this Christian Brothers to have my 21 Chevy Silverado looked at. I was hesitant to going there because I alway have my truck looked at by the dealership. They were incredible. They took the time with my truck and looked at everything I was worried about. They are very honest which is rare now in days as I had them look at my suspension, breaks, and belts in my truck. The only thing they recommened that I fix was what was broken. I will definitely be taking my truck back anytime I have a problem.

Comment : Completed a major suspension repair via insurance. Richard was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond. The repair itself was completed within a very favorable length of time. Next time I’ll be back.
