Comment : $150 to diagnose AC issue which would not be credited to the repair even if we had them do it. Was told it was a leak from my compressor and that it would be approximately 3 hours of work to repair, "around $700 in labor" and was quoted $700 for the compressor. All in total would have been $1550, not including the AC refrigerant. I was able to get the compressor new on Amazon for $135 and I am not a skilled mechanic but I was able to remove the compressor, flush the lines, install the compressor, vacuum the lines and charge the system in 1.5 hours, yet they wanted to charge me for 3 hours for their skilled mechanic to do it.

They also did an inspection of the rest of the vehicle. I was told that my front and rear brakes needed to be replaced along with multiple other things. I purchased brake pads and went to put them on and the rear brake pads still had over 1/3 of an inch of pad remaining. The front had around 1/4 of an inch.

Comment : Christian Brothers Automotive off of 2nd Street in Edmond did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process, went to battle for us with our warranty company to ensure that the repairs were fully covered, and ultimately repaired our 2021 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 in a timely, high quality fashion. Huge shout out to Brandon and Mike, who I spoke with on the initial call and close out of the repairs, and most importantly, Cullen who really brought his expertise to the table when advocating on our behalf with the warranty company. I would certainly bring my vehicles back here in the future.

Comment : Christian Brothers Automotive East Edmond is amazing! The service was fast and the vehicle needs were clear. Loved the photos explaining what was wrong with the car. They replaced my brakes in record time and we enjoyed the courier service, which was quite convenient.
The pricing was fair, especially given how quickly they got the service done. Everyone there was super friendly and we will definitely be back. I found my new mechanics!

Comment : Christian Brothers helped me out when I was in a pinch. They were able to get my car in AND repaired in a matter of hours! Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant. For me, they were my saving grace for the day!
