Comment : I absolutely love this place! I've been with them for
several years with my vehicle. They don't sale things you don't need and always accommodate you with your vehicle. I have a 2023 Toyota Sienna and I trust them more with my Toyota than the dealership. Easy to set up and appointments online and always get the free inspection everytime I get an oil change. They help me keep track of what my vehicle needs.

Comment : Absolutely horrible I wouldn't recommend to anyone ever again. They charge you for not even looking at the car properly. Telling me my tires are bald and they can't drive it around so they can't look at the bigger picture my car isn't staring and they wanna charge crazy money for what? Idk I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Christian Brothers my fucking ass. Shame on you guys for taking gods name in vain for scamming people.

Comment : Requested a basic inspection to discover source of engine not turning over and vibrations coming from the transmission area. They charged me $300 to jump start the car, tell me everything is fine and they cannot drive it until i buy new tires to actually diagnose the larger issue. So $300 to not diagnose my car and change absolutely nothing. They did zero work. Zero bolts were turned. Screw this place. They charge $90 for a freaking coolant pressure test! They are the mechanics people tell you to worry about. They will find every reason to nickle and dime you before they even solved any problem. They find problems they're not problem solvers. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Take your car literally anywhere else, ive never had a worse interaction with a service center. Smug, uptight customer service who upcharges you as youre complaining about upcharges. They will tell you "$150 inspection fee" over the phone THAT IS A LIE. They will charge you easily double that if not more. They are looking for every possible up sale not to be good honest mechanics.

Mike und Mike im Büro waren super, und Alante hat meinen Fahrzeuginspektionsbericht/Kostenvoranschlag hervorragend aufbereitet und präsentiert. Ich habe den Service von CBA zum ersten Mal in Anspruch genommen (obwohl mir in der Vergangenheit schon freundlicherweise kostenlos Fragen beantwortet wurden), und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und sie weiterempfehlen. Comment : Obwohl meine Frau bereits eine Bewertung abgegeben hat, finde ich, dass sie eine weitere, detailliertere Beschreibung ihres Services und ihrer Kundenbetreuung verdienen. Meine Familie und ich waren auf dem Weg von Texas nach Pennsylvania, um meine Tochter abzusetzen, als ihr Truck Probleme mit niedrigem Kraftstoffdruck hatte und nicht mehr reagierte. Ich hatte den erst kürzlich gewechselten Kraftstofffilter ausgebaut und ihn nach der Reinigung und dem richtigen Einsetzen so gut wie möglich wieder eingebaut. Zum Glück passierte das nur 3 Kilometer von Christian Brothers Automotive entfernt. Wir brachten den Truck in ihre Werkstatt, wo er schnell untersucht und diagnostiziert wurde, und schon konnten wir unsere Reise nach Pennsylvania zu unserem Umzugstag fortsetzen! Ich bin sehr dankbar, sie kennengelernt zu haben, und obwohl ich nicht aus der Gegend komme, werde ich jedes Mal, wenn ich in der Nähe bin, vorbeischauen, um Hallo zu sagen und mich zu bedanken! Comment : Christian Bros dropped off their flyer in my newspaper box at the curb. This box is for my newspaper BTW not ads. The flyer got wet and stuck to the bottom of the box. I ended up having to take the mailbox off the top of the newspaper box to get the remnants of the flyer off. And then had to repaint because of scratches getting the cheap flyer off. There's a half-hour I'll never get back. Nope, I won't be by for service. Thanks Christian Brothers Automotive. Thanks for wasting my time.

Comment : Christian Brothers war sehr professionell, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation war gut, ich bekam schnell einen Termin, und aus Kundensicht hatte ich nichts zu beanstanden.

Mein Problem betraf den Preis und die mangelnde Flexibilität bei der Reparatur. Für die Reparatur meiner Klimaanlage in meinem Honda CR-V (Baujahr 2017) verlangten sie 2.915,17 $ für ein Komplettpaket, das den Austausch von Kompressor, Kondensator und Expansionsventil, das Spülen des Schlauchs sowie das Evakuieren und Neubefüllen des Systems umfasste. Ich fragte, ob nur der Kompressor ausgetauscht werden könnte, aber sie wollten die Reparatur nicht aufteilen.

Schließlich ging ich zu einer anderen Werkstatt in der Nähe, ToyoBrothers, wo die Klimaanlage für 1.260,34 $ repariert wurde. Dort wurde der Kompressor ausgetauscht und das System gewartet. Diese Reparatur behob das Problem, und die andere Werkstatt stellte fest, dass der Kompressor tatsächlich defekt war.

Meine Bewertung ist daher gemischt: 5 Sterne für Professionalität und Kundenservice, aber deutlich weniger für Preis und Flexibilität bei der Reparatur. Ich fand sie weder unhöflich noch unprofessionell, aber aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich dringend empfehlen, vor der Beauftragung einer größeren Reparatur eine zweite Meinung einzuholen. In meinem Fall kostete die endgültige Reparatur, die das Problem behoben hat, weniger als die Hälfte des Kostenvoranschlags von Christian Brothers.
