Comment : The team at Christian Brothers is full of extremely kind and professional people. I had a bit of an issue with some pricing, and they made it right 100%. I have never had such a positive experience at a repair shop, it s obvious they truly care about their customers, their business, and their reputation. Their diagnostic cost is extremely reasonable, they do an amazing courtesy inspection that checks out almost every inch of your car. Comment : I had an emergency situation with my car recently and pulled into Christian Brothers completely unannounced. Not only was Jacob kind, courteous and sympathetic to my situation, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. John shuttled me home and provided good conversation vs awkward silence. Communication during the repair process was excellent and easy to understand. Comment : We came in this morning with an emergency transmission problem, with a full schedule they were still able to get us in, and take care of us, asked us if we needed anything to drink on multiple occasions , continued to let us know what was going on with the van and was an extremely clean environment. They were able to pull off a miracle of getting and putting in a new transmission and fixing our radiator within 8 hours and didn t complain once that we were in the waiting room those full 8 hours. Staff was so amazing and caring. Such a comfortable and warming environment and their employee of the month was amazing! An exemplary anxiety relief. Comment : We live 30 minutes away and still take our vehicle here to get worked on. The staff is always courteous and honest. No one like car problems, but the folks at Christian Brothers make it a little less painful! Keep up the great work!
