Comment : My 1st time at Christian Bros Auto and will not be my last. I can’t say enough great things about Christian Brothers Automotive (Crestwood)! From start to finish, the service was outstanding—fast, professional, and honest. They completed the work quickly and at a third of the price the dealership quoted me. The staff clearly knows their stuff—very knowledgeable and skilled technicians who took the time to explain everything.
The waiting area was spotless, comfortable, and even had complimentary refreshments—an unexpected bonus that made the short wait pleasant. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work without the dealership markup.

Comment : Jacob was very helpful and fixed my Infiniti in a timely manner. He was willing to work with me because I have an extended warranty and spent hours on the phone with them. The mechanic, Keith did a great job. I will call them the next time I need service on my vehicles.

Comment : One of the best experiences I've ever had at a shop! My car is a rust bucket on its last leg and a pain to work on and they still treated me like any other guest. They even offered me refreshments, and pulled my car around to the front door when I came to pick it up and it was raining.I do most of my own wrenching but I won't hesitate to come back here on anything I don't feel like doing, and I'll have peace of mind that the job will be done correctly.One of the best experiences I've ever had at a shop! Comment : The staff are courteous and professional, which is great. But more importantly, the technicians are skilled.John F. performed an alignment on my Saturn. He adjusted the camber, which lower-end shops sometimes skip entirely. He got the cross caster and cross camber to be in spec, and he got the thrust angle very close to zero degrees, which is ideal. It takes skill to do that.My car is very important to me.
