Comment : You know they say, if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all, but in this case I feel It does.My wife took her Lincoln in for a simple oil change, thats it! They came back to her with the list of items that they claimed wereItems "suggested" by the manufacturer that would need attention, one of which was a break fluid flush.They had shown her an example vial of how clear the brake fluid should look, then showed her a sample that they claimed came from her car, which had a slight yellow tint to it, which is no issue at all. So at this point, my wife not knowing, they got her convinced that her brake fluid needed a flush.When my wife told me this I thought, OMG what a scam! When we got the car home, I had taken my own sample, from what they claimed to had replaced the old with, and it looked exactly like the brake fluid they told her that needed to be changed out with a slight yellow tent...NOT clear as they had told and showed her.So "Christian Brothers", I hope you are proud of how well you have trained your service reps to scam women, and most likely unknowing men as well. You took $174 out of a retired school teachers pocket for absolutely no reason at all! Her brake fluid should have never been touched!!! Oh, and $44 for brake fluid! Where the heck do you get it from?I am still so bitter about this two weeks later, I just had to say something.They Playoff the name "Christian Brothers" as this honest, transparent company, but beware...They are not!Christian Brothers...do NOT send one of your computer generated apologies! Comment : Please be aware that this place has done great harm to my pocket, at least $1000. I took my vehicle to them a few months ago. I went out of state and the problem that I paid them to fix started again. I had to pay again to have the same thing fixed. When I got back in town, I explained what happen and showed my receipts and provided contact information to the dealership that provided the service - they refused to make it right. In other words, they did not honor the work that was done to my car.This is my experience with this place. I am a Christian and I felt comfort doing business with them because of their name. Comment : Called ahead to see if this shop would install new OEM calipers I just ordered online along with new pads and perform a full brake line flush since I couldn't find time in my schedule to do on my own. Discussed the 20% off coupon I received in the mail and if this would be honored. Was told yes, absolutely and to bring by the vehicle and coupon and parts in whenever convenient. Brought the vehicle to them the following day.Was told then that they would not honor the coupon once I was in the store but would honor 7% military discount. Asked why they would honor one but not the other other and they said it was because I had my own parts despite agreeing there would be no warranty before hand. So honor the smaller discount but not the larger discount. Doesn't make sense. Only reason I was in the store was because of conversation before hand. Can't trust this business to be honorable as they lied to me over the phone and knew exactly what parts I had and what service was being performed. Total waste of my time.Consider businesses that don't go back on their word. Don't be fooled by their mailed coupons as they likely won't honor them. Comment : I had a great experience. Dropped off my Tahoe to have a thermostat replaced . Vehicle was inspected for any further issues. I was reluctant on their inspection results and the recommendation. Of course we all fear dealerships and Auto repair shops. I questioned their recommendations thinking, here we go. lol. However the answer I received was perfect. Melissa answer with NO hesitation, was they had NO history of any maintenance done on my car and these were recommendations only. I worked for a dealership as a Finance manager for many years, so had the privilege of a private Teck worked on my Tahoe on the side which of course no records of any type of fluid flushes and NO air filters were recorded . After the diagnostic check, which confirmed my expertise opinion BaHaHa . A quote was sent to me with additional options to except or decline which I Authorized for work to be done and my costs out of pocket less warranty coverage. YES they accept warranty companies ! Work was completed by TONY a certified Teck , which my warranty company requires, in a timely manner. So request TONY for work to be done, let s keep him busy ! I also want to give a shout out thank you to RJ for the FREE courtesy pick up from my home . Just one last comment, our vehicles are very high Teck machines , they break, hence master Tecks .
