Comment : I took my Toyota 4Runner here for a substantial repair. The customer service here has always been great, and I will continue to come back here. The only caveat that detracts from a five-star review is the fact that I received a call from the shop for almost a week from the shop stating that the parts have yet to arrive. This was an inconvenience for me since I didn't have my truck for at least a week. I understand that Christian Brothers has no control over this matter, but I was irritated since every day I was told the parts would come in the next day but to no avail. Other than that, I have always received great service and friendly interactions from the men that work here.

Comment : Brandon and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. They fixed an issue another shop created and handled communication very well. I won't be happy if my car has issues, but I know I can take it back here if needed. This was my first visit and they made a great impression.

Comment : It took me almost a year to write this review because I couldn't decide upon suing or just letting them get away with it. I took my vehicle here in 2025 to get the breaks & rotors checked, along with my starter replaced. They charged 2k for a starter (which is utterly insane and a what, 200/hr service rate not including parts because a starter is about 500) , and lied that my breaks were fine. Not only that, they left my car in valet mode and I didn't have the password so I wound up spending way too much time resetting my console to be able to even play music.

Now let's get to the important part, the lying that my breaks were fine. It was ONE MONTH after I took my car here that my breaks just didn't work and I rear ended someone because of it. After I informed my insurance that something was wrong with my breaks because they literally weren't doing anything, I was 8 car lengths behind the person infront of me when I started breaking at only 50mph, so we checked. My rotors were extremely warped and my breakpads were worn down. So much for inspecting the breaks. I tried rationalizing it thinking, oh in one month could that of happened to my car after taking it here, no. Its not physically possible for either of those things to get like that in only one month. I hope someone else sues because I would've if I had the money and time. Do not bring your car here, worthless mechanic shop. Of all the good reviews, I don't even know how they have them because if anyone else has had a similar experience to mine id of thought they'd be out of business.

Comment : I had an amazing experience with Christian Brothers Automotive in Corinth. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me and my car.

They picked up my car to get the oil change done, and I also had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. Instead of making me figure everything out on my own, they took my car over to Discount Tire and helped get the tire replaced for me as well.

That level of service and convenience is hard to find these days. They made the entire process incredibly easy and took a huge headache off my plate. Friendly, professional, trustworthy, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive in Corinth. 5 stars!

Comment : We had a terrific experience here. AJ and the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic when our daughter brought her car in. They immediately diagnosed the problem and got her back on the road quickly. Would highly recommend this place!
