They always give me A++++ service and is always willing to work with the warranty company. I am always very happy with the service. I highly recommend Christian Brothers in Castle Hills on 121.

Comment : I brought my car in for repair because there was a loud grinding noise coming from the rear right wheel, along with smoke and a strong burning smell that seemed to be caused by friction.

Your mechanic inspected the vehicle, diagnosed the problem, performed repairs, and charged me nearly $700. However, when I drove the car home, the exact same problem was still happening. I was extremely confused and concerned because I had just paid nearly $700, yet the issue had not been resolved.

I would like to know exactly what the $700 was charged for, what repairs were actually performed, and why the mechanic failed to identify and fix the actual problem. Instead, I was told to take the car home and try driving it.

Do you honestly think it is safe for me to drive a car over a long distance when there is visible smoke coming from the wheel and such a strong burning smell? I believe this is a serious safety concern, and I do not feel safe driving the vehicle in this condition.

I brought the car back again today for another inspection, but at this point, I have no idea how many more times I will have to bring it back or how much more money I may be expected to spend on repairs that do not address the actual problem.

I am extremely disappointed and have lost a great deal of trust in your shop. I paid nearly $700 expecting the problem to be properly diagnosed and fixed, not to have the same dangerous issue continue after the repair.

I expect a clear explanation of the work that was performed, why the problem was not resolved, and how you intend to make this right. Most importantly, I need to know that my vehicle will be properly repaired and safe to drive.
