I had a great experience at Christian Brothers Automotive when I brought my vehicle in for an inspection. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I appreciated the great customer service. It's nice to find an automotive shop that makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to help you. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone needing a vehicle inspection!

Comment : Brought my Infiniti in for an AC repair and I diagnosed it myself with working at a shop in Mansfield. Called ahead to just get a price on labor since I was supplying my own parts. I spoke with Robert and he told me that as per their policy they would have to diagnose it and make sure before doing anything. I totally understand that so I went ahead and let them diagnose it. As far as pricing he stated any where from $500-$550.

After diag they found out the compressor was seized and they also recommended changing the condenser which I ended up declining. Not saying that, that was a bad recommendation because it isnt at all I just didnt want to do it. Paid the $90 diag fee and let them know I would be bringing it back the following morning to complete the repair. Robert also mentioned that the diag fee is going to be out towards the labor or repairs.

Next morning comes and I go to drop my car off and there was a blonde saleswoman that took care of me and before I dropped it off she went through some information with me and showed me everything they were doing and it cane out to be $800.. I then asked if the diag fee was out towards the bill and she had no idea. She then asked another sales person next to her to look into it and after about 3 minutes my total magically went to the price we originally spoke about…

Lastly I picked my vehicle up 9/17 on a Thursday and on 9/20 my pulley came off of my car while driving causing me to lose power steering. The technician that worked on my car forgot to put the nut on my idler pulley and it just flew right off.. Also on top of that my belt is frayed and needing replacement on a brand new belt. I expected more professionalism from a shop with good reviews but that just goes to show on why I do my own work on my vehicles..

Comment : I brought my Civic in with a list of problems and left with a car that genuinely feels brand new. Everyone was incredibly kind, communicative, and thorough, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need. They even drove me to work and picked me up.

After the initial repairs, the car was running dramatically better, but it still had one weird intermittent jerking issue. I brought it back the next morning, and Justin actually rode with me until the car finally decided to do the jerking thing. They took it straight back, kept diagnosing it, found the problem, performed an idle relearn, and didn't charge me anything additional for the follow-up.

I drove away trying my absolute hardest to make the car to act up again, and I couldn't. It accelerates smoothly, has no hesitation, the warning lights are gone, and it honestly drives better than it has since I've owned it. I never thought this car would ever truly drive normal, but it does now!

It's hard to find a shop where you feel like the people working on your car actually care whether the problem is fixed, rather than just whether the invoice is paid. On top of that, the bill was completely reasonable. These guys earned my trust, and I'll absolutely be bringing my Civic back here.

10/10 they successfully exorcised whatever demon had taken up residence in my Honda. ??
