Comment : We were extremely satisfied with service we received. We were traveling from Arkansas to the Forth Worth area when the AC went out on our truck. Our neice told us about Christian Brothers, so we called, they left an open ended appointment time for us! They were able to fix the AC and we were able to get back on the road in comfort. Everyone was kind to us. We are very grateful for their service!

Comment : On April 8, 2025, I took my wife’s 2021 Jeep Wrangler up to Christian Brothers Automotive in Burleson. We were notified by Christian Brothers that her car battery was dead, and we needed to replace the battery. I was also notified that we needed to update the computer in the car and to change the break fluid. I agreed to everything and let them make the necessary changes to my wife’s vehicle. Later that day I was notified by Christian Brothers that my wife’s vehicle was done, and I was able to pick up her vehicle. I drove to Christian Brothers and spent $868.98 for the repairs. I think that was a bit high, but not a huge deal. I get in the car and the car starts right up, however I noticed that my wife’s aftermarket speakers and subwoofers were not working. Since they were about to close, I had to leave the car with Christian Brothers again for another day, but I was notified by Christian Brothers that their technician would investigate this tomorrow morning. I thought maybe they forgot to attach a wire to the battery or something, so I didn’t think anything major of it, just a small inconvenience.
On April 9, 2025, I was notified by Christian Brothers that my car was ready for pickup. I spoke with their technician, and he claimed that everything was connected, and they were unsure as to the issue. My wife’s speakers were still not working so I drove the car to Versus Car Audio in Burleson and asked them to diagnose what the issue was. I was later contacted that day by Versus Car Audio and was notified by their technician that 2 of her 4 amplifiers were fried and were unable to be fixed. I notified them that I recently had my battery replaced and I was wondering what they think could have happened. The technician said that Christian Brothers could have accidentally touched a ground wire that fried them, or could have had both terminals touch each other, but they were unsure of the actual cause of the 2 amplifiers. I asked them how much it would be for them to fix and or replace both amplifiers and labor. I was quoted $2300 to have both replaced with labor for the repair.
I contacted Christian Brothers and spoke with their store manager and let them know what Versus Car Audio said and the total cost for the repair to my wife’s vehicle. I asked the manager if he could give Versus Car Audio a call and maybe they could try and figure out the best plan of action to pay for the damages done. The store manager from Christian Brothers later gave me a call back and notified me that Christian Brothers was not liable for the damages due to Versus Car Audio not being able to 100 percent say what happened in this case. I thought this was ridiculous and was very frustrated to say the least about this. I have since been in contact with my attorney to sue Christian Brothers for the damages done to my wife’s vehicle. To say the least I will NEVER be shopping with Christian Brothers again and I do not recommend this store. I just want my wife’s vehicle fixed back to the way it was.
