TRASH REPAIRS!
THEY REPLACED MY STARTER 5 TIMES AND NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO FIND OUT WHY? BUT KEPT CHARGING MY WARRANTY FOR $28K AND MY CAR IS STILL BROKEN. THEY MESSED UP 2 ENGINES. DONT TRUST THEM.

Comment : They overcharged my warranty for things i did not ask for, and they don't honor their labor warranty. Do not take your car this this place you will be left with a messed up car.

Comment : After 5yrs, I gave them another try (because of scheduling) and had the same experience but with an additional irritation: I brought in a known issue, they "confirmed" it for $200 (virtually effortless to do), then quoted $1,600 and four days to vastly over-repair. I had the work done nearby for $650 and only four hours.
2021: Excellent customer relations and attractive facility; however, multiple instances of over-selling over-priced, unnecessary repairs or services using select-vendor parts to reach seemingly arbitrary thresholds to guatantee basic work. Local alternatives in multiple instances have done required work for about 1/3 less, quicker, and with comparable guarantees.

Comment : Brandon and the team surrounding her at Christian Brothers Automotive in Burleson delivered outstanding service from start to finish. The pickup and delivery of my vehicle was incredibly convenient, and the turnaround time on repairs was very reasonable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Brandon went above and beyond, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. Highly recommend ? this is the kind of service that keeps you coming back, especially in a world where distrust and lack of integrity are widely common in the auto repair industry. Thanks again!

Comment : The Christian Brothers have helped me in a huge way twice since I moved to Burleson 6 months ago. It hasn't been an easy transition.
The 1st 4 months I was sick, in and of the hospital.
Two months ago Jesus healed me, and I immediately took a job. 1st month was fine. This month, boss didn't pay me. So needless to say, I'm taking another job.
Point is, the Brothers in Christ came through for me twice in a huge way.
I'm a sold out Christian. The Lord healed me from severe drug and alcohol addiction, and consequently I live every moment for him.
But I don't think they know this, nor do I think it would have made a difference to them. They are much more than what their logo says. They are genuine Christians who live out their faith, and I can promise u this, they will have my business for life. Praise Jesus for them!
