Comment : GMC denali riding very rough. Called Brandon Triplett at Burleson location & was advised to bring car in & put on rack to check shocks. Front shocks needed replacing. She advised me of replacement parts options, work needed, scheduled and completed same day.
She does an excellent job of laying out the process, explaining options & scheduling the work on a timely manner.
Not like Jerry Durant chevrolet Granbury shop. They identified
parts & repairs not needed or related to the replacement of front shocks. Saved
between $800 - $1000 on repair.
Christian Brothers did the work same day eval was done. Brandon provided before & after pictures of front end alignment & other areas to watch for. She does what a good service provider should do. Advised me of the repair & parts options & fair prices.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christian Brothers Burleson for honest, dependable auto repair. Don't be fooled about working with the girl Brandon. She is very knowledgeable about car & trucks and is a straight shooter on repairs. I give her & mechanics a 12 out of 10.
