Comment : The key would not come out of the ignition on my Subaru. I drove the car after business hours to Christian Brothers Automotive. The following morning I received a call. They told me that they would do a diagnostic test. It showed that the problem was in the Trans Gear Shift. They recommended to replace the entire shifter assembly as it is the same price as the guide plate inside the shifter. It took two days for the part to come in. They tried repairing it on the day the part arrived but did not get done. It was Friday evening. They gave me two options:
1 Drive my car home and bring it back Monday.
I declined.
2 They will provide me with a rental.
I greatly appreciated the rental car. My car was ready for pickup on Monday. Christian Brothers done an excellent job taking care of my needs.

Comment : Thorough, professional, prompt, polite service from the moment I walked in the door. Worked with my warranty and what my warranty didn’t cover the pricing given me was excellent for the great service provided. For my convenience they shuttled me to and from service. Zach was great !!!

Comment : I brought in a 2019 GMC Acadia that was having issues. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly, and for a decent price.

I delt with Wyatt, and he was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Comment : On Saturday my car wouldn’t start. I went online and got a 9am Monday appointment.
As I walked in, Wyatt, service advisor, greeted me with a smile and offered me a ride home.
I waited in the clean waiting area and enjoyed the Christian music being played.
My car was repaired by 11am and I was on my way. I highly recommend Christian Brothers at Brannon Crossing. Great people and always keep you aware of the work being completed…

After taking my car to another place and spending money I didn't have unnecessarily, Christian Brothers thoroughly inspected my vehicle and helped me make an informed decision about the best course of action. They truly have their customers best interest at heart and I will never go anywhere else from now on! 10/10!!
