Comment : I went back over and over and over again for the same problems and they charged me 7k. I had to come back over 3 times and only one problem even got fixed. I told them I was pregnant and that?s why it?s important. I can?t keep going back for the same things no one has time for that.

Comment : Christian Brothers conducted a thorough pre-owned vehicle inspection for us and quickly fixed the issues they found. They did not try to add on extraneous charges and were very kind. The shuttle service is also very helpful!

Comment : My Volkswagen Jetta became stuck in reverse as I was parked at the airport. I had it towed to Christian Brothers as they were close. I was quoted a reasonable price for the repair. Once they got into it, they found a more simple solution and my final price was less than half what I was quoted. Their courtesy car came in handy and the people were great to work with.

Comment : I booked an appointment for my corolla to get an oil change and tires rotated. The appointment was set for 10am and i dropped it off at 945. I received an automated text saying a tech was assigned to my car at 1030. The whole day passes and still havent heard anything so i called the shop at 4pm and they told me the tech was 'just finishing' and i would get a call in about 20 mins to let me know it was done. Another hour passes and i finally receive a text that my car is ready and i will be called shortly to arrange a shuttle pickup. 30 mins passes and no call so i called myself to get picked up. Im sure they forgot about my car until the first time i called to start the oil change. It doesnt take over an hour to 'finish up' a basic service.

Comment : I wouldn?t recommend going here if you value your time. I dropped my vehicle off, scheduled by the way, at 8:30am to have the alignment checked and tires balanced. They said it would be done by lunch?. Around 12:30 I called to check in?to find out my car hadn?t even been looked at yet?. I then called again at 2:30 to find out it still hasn?t been seen! Insane to me it takes this long for them to look at a car that was scheduled to be seen. Later they called me to tell me that my car does need the tires balanced?. But apparently THEY DONT DO TIRES! Lmao?. What a joke. The only reason they?re getting 2 stars is because they have a shuttle and the man who called me back was kind.

Oh also, I asked them to place the splash guard back under my car, while going 70 down the highway it flew off?. Thank you!!!!

Comment : Had a great experience today at Christian Brothers Bedford, first time in and the staff was great. Work was done fast and with quality care, they even took me to get a haircut in between. Loved it! Highly recommend this location.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
