Comment : These folks are really good. I needed a battery. I drove up to the shop. Because I had my battery jumped, I needed to leave the engine running. After checking in, my car was immediately taken to a bay and the battery was replaced. 15 minutes from start to finish. Exceptional service.

I took my 4Runner into Christian Brothers Automotive in Bedford thinking it might have a few issues, and I could not be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, honesty, and genuine care.

Two amazing mechanics, Blane and Pinky, did a full inspection of my vehicle, carefully looking over the entire undercarriage. They took the time to explain everything they found, showed me the underside of my car while it was on the lift, and reassured me that my suspension was actually in great shape.

What really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism — they didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs or scare me into fixing things that weren’t broken (unlike some dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past). Instead, they shared great tips and advice on how to keep my 4Runner running at peak performance.

Both Blane and Pinky went above and beyond in every way. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood everything about my vehicle. After that kind of customer service, I told them right then and there — they’ve got a customer for life!

If you’re looking for good, honest mechanics who treat you right and truly know their stuff, look no further than Christian Brothers Automotive in Bedford. Ask for Blane or Pinky — you’ll be glad you did.

I went to the Bedford location to get a diagnostic and a quote for repair as my engine light came on. I made an appointment for 7 am the following day, following a recommendation from the AAA website. Took them over a day and a half to get a diagnosis to me. My repair was quoted at $2.9k for replacing the fuel injectors on a 2012 Mazda3, and the parts would take 2-3 days to arrive, making the total repair time over a week. Basically, daylight robbery. I politely declined service and got a quote elsewhere for less than a quarter of what CBA quoted me. I do appreciate the very thorough diagnosis they provided, which ran me $150, and would've been grateful for the free shuttle service they provide. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I have docked 2 stars because of the length of time it took just to get a diagnosis and the OUTRAGEOUS quote in price for a relatively straightforward repair on an older vehicle (looked at parts online, which ran between $40-$120, and labor is definitely not that expensive, so I don't know WHERE they got that quote from?!).
