I went to the Bedford location to get a diagnostic and a quote for repair as my engine light came on. I made an appointment for 7 am the following day, following a recommendation from the AAA website. Took them over a day and a half to get a diagnosis to me. My repair was quoted at $2.9k for replacing the fuel injectors on a 2012 Mazda3, and the parts would take 2-3 days to arrive, making the total repair time over a week. Basically, daylight robbery. I politely declined service and got a quote elsewhere for less than a quarter of what CBA quoted me. I do appreciate the very thorough diagnosis they provided, which ran me $150, and would've been grateful for the free shuttle service they provide. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I have docked 2 stars because of the length of time it took just to get a diagnosis and the OUTRAGEOUS quote in price for a relatively straightforward repair on an older vehicle (looked at parts online, which ran between $40-$120, and labor is definitely not that expensive, so I don't know WHERE they got that quote from?!).

Comment : I went to the one in Bedford, and the service is always grand they always offer a ride if needed, and the staff was courteous and showed me there are still nice people in this world when you are in a time of need.

Comment : I towed the vehicle in, told them what was wrong with it, they said it would be $75 to confirm. I agreed to pay the diagnostic fee to confirm my suspicions. They presented me with an estimate of $995 to replace 2 heater hoses with OEM VW parts as I requested. They were going to charge me $120 each on the hoses. I looked up the part numbers and could get them for half that from the VW dealership. They were charging twice the retail cost from the dealership!!! Then I asked about the labor hours they were charging. He said 3.1 at $220 per hour. The labor guide says 2.5 so that's another $125 over retail just in labor. There is deception in their store name alone. There is nothing "Christian Like" going on at this establishment. Please don't let the name sway you to trust these people. They are price gouging, while not even diagnosing the vehicles correctly. They told me the heater core that I suspected needing replacement as well was "fine" but still recommended a flush. The "manager" had the "take it or leave it" attitude. She was very unprofessional with her attitude as well as her appearance. If you look at my other reviews, almost all of them are positive. I towed it out of there immediately. Good riddance "Not so Christian Brothers"... they locked me out of the car until after I paid the bill, so as soon as I got the keys and opened the door, there were grease smudges in several places. He offered to have his dirty parts changer clean it. I declined, I didn't want it to get any worse... After I got it home, I decided to take a closer look at it. The hose is still good, but the elbow fitting was cracked. I am replacing the heater hose fitting for less than $40 including the new coolant. That's a $950 savings for my household!!! This repair took me less than 30 minutes at home in my garage.

Comment : CBA Bedford did an amazing job diagnosing an electrical problem that kept draining the battery. Another shop worked on it off and on for over 3 months. Every time they said it was fixed, it wasn't. I am extremely pleased with their dedication to solving my issue and offering several alternatives. I highly recommend CBA Bedford. They are now my go-to repair shop!
