Christian Brother for as long as I owe my truck. 😊

Comment : I can’t express how appreciative I am for the folks at Christian Brothers Automotive. They were very informative and knowledgeable. They had my vehicle in and out of service in a more than reasonable amount of time. Such a friendly staff that seem like the genuinely care, and offered a shuttle service. Recommend 10/10

Comment : I love being able to schedule my maintenance needs online with ease. I highly appreciate the cleanliness, friendliness, and service provided each time I come. The loyalty customer card I was presented with on my first visit was an added surprise. No matter how big or small the discount is on my service, it’s appreciated in today’s financial times.

Ended up having my BCM replaced which is basically your complete fuse box panel !!please note that electrical parts for these models are scarce !! Ford discontinued a lot of electrical systems such as the BCM !! Which I learned through this automotive repair

From the moment you walk into the comfort and convenience of the lobby and 1) get a friendly greeting from the check-in staff, 2) throughout the process of getting your vehicle repaired - complete with state-of-the-art pictures, videos, explanation of the status and recommendations, to 3) receiving timely communications and being able to digitally sign off on documents, to 4) having your vehicle test driven before and after repairs, to 5) receiving your vehicle with a full explanation of the repairs, this business embodies efficiency and effectiveness. The service is timely, thorough, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable - especially compared to dealerships. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
