Comment : I had an incredible experience here - they straight up saved my friend and I’s cross country roadtrip. They were able to take us in the morning, diagnose the issue and fix it all in one day and we were able to get on the road again and keep adventuring. I’m truly so thankful for their awesome staff and excellent technicians. They even drove us to barbecue while they were fixing the car and had the car fixed and test driven by the time we got back. A light came up about an hour after we started driving and I called Brian and he gave me advice on how to fix. They are kind, genuine, trustworthy people and I’m so glad they were able to help us. We came all the way from California and are headed to Rhode Island. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. This experience with Christian Brothers gave us a deep appreciation for the people of Kansas City :) 10/10

Comment : My family trusts these guys with our cars as it's so hard to find honest mechanics.

As an example, my daughter was told she needed new brakes and was quoted a price for front and rear brakes. Turns out the rear brakes were found to be in good shape. As honest and ethical mechanics they did not charge her for the rear brakes.

Also, when my older son wanted extensive repairs on an older vehicle that had extensive rust issues on the frame undercarriage, rather than do the work and get a large cash profit, Christian.Brothers told him the car was unsafe and should be scrapped.

This possibly saved a life!

These are just a few examples of the good service my family and I experienced with the good folks at Christian Brothers.

We definitely highly recommend these guys for their experience, honesty, and common sense - a rare combination for mechanics these days!

Comment : Very thorough, transparent, and helpful.
They take photos of everything they find and send you a file with the inspection report. It shows photos of what is wrong, an explanation of what the part does, and a video of how it all works, and why it needs to be repaired. They delta with my stupid warranty company wich was a hassle. It took a month, and that was all warranty company time, would of been allot quicker if the warranty company wasn't busy trying to get out of paying for what I paid them for. Brett at Christian brothers helped me to the fullest. I don't trust mechanics, have had bad experiences, even had a mechanic in Cincinnati unplug a brake booster line on me. These guys at Christian brothers I trust and know they are doing everything right and fair.
