Comment : Took my car here 2 times within a month. First time I took it in they fixed my issue but forget to bleed the lines which caused my car not to accelerate had to take it back to the shop right away. Seemed to be working fine after that other than a burning smell. Took it back again and told them it smelled like something was burning in the engine. They said the alternator needed replaced and it could have been from oil dripping on the alternator causing the smell. So they replaced the alternator. After I left the shop the second time it still smelled. Took it to my son in law and turns out they left a shop rag in the engine from the first time I took it in. The rag was burnt to a crisp. This is a huge hazard. It could have caused my car to overheat or engine to catch on fire. Now the rag is removed the smell is completely gone. So I truly don t even know if my alternator needed replaced because it obviously wasn t the reason for the smell. Called them to let them know they said they would refund me for degreasing my engine a measly 375 dollars. They apologized for leaving the rag in the engine. I mThinking they were trying to find things to do to do the car because obviously they didn t know what was wrong. What was wrong was that the technicians left a rag in my engine and also forgot to bleed my lines causing my car to stall out after getting it from the shop. So they messed up several times. I will not be taking my car and paying them thousands when they are making huge mistakes like this.Took my car here 2 times within a month. Comment : I ve been in the automotive industry for about 20 years. I moved and can no longer take care of my parents vehicles. Christian Brothers Automotive is about a mile from their home. My father took his car in for a State inspection. It failed for one tire and a passenger side upper ball joint. Jeremy, the team member that took care of my father, was amazing. Not only were his findings accurate and ethical, he took my father to the car to show him his findings. Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure that he provided the best customer service possible to my 83 year old father, but furthermore was more than happy to discuss his findings with me. Jeremy offered to drive my father home and pick him up when it was completed with a WARRANTY on the work. Can t thank your organization enough for the ethical and honest service. Comment : I have been using Christian Brothers on Barry Road for a couple of years now. I'm always impressed with their knowledge and their ability to help me understand what is going on with my car. Comment : Absolutely best service I ve ever received! I broke down doing a cross country trip and everyone there was so helpful. Bent over backwards to get my problem resolved. I truly hope this town knows what a great set of mechanics are employed here and I wish I had a place like this back home.

Comment : All around excellent customer service and continued experience. I recently have had all of my oil changes, air filters, and even a spark plug issue taken care of here. They even pointed me in a better direction on where to purchase new tires because they acknowledged that they most likely wouldn't be the cheapest. The sheer honesty of their technicians will keep me coming back. They even offer rides to and from the shop while your vehicle is being worked on. Comment : Took my car here after leaking oil. After they fixed it when driving it home the engine light came on. Took it back they forgot to bleed air out of the system. When I started to question them they hung the phone up on me. The mechanic Jeremy got defensive when questioning him about forgetting to do things. Then he hung up the phone. Comment : Got my car towed there because it went into limp mode. They tried to tell me I need a new coolant stand pipe and a few other things. I sign off on it, get the car back, a week later it goes into limp mode again. They charged me over $1100 for a part that wasn't the problem. They didn't install my filters and broke off the lever to open the hood. They call back to see how my car was, I told them, the guy was ignorant and basically hung up on me. I would never recommend this business to anyone. A lady at Walmart told me their manager use to work there and got fired for some shady stuff.
