Comment : 5 start customer experience from beginning to end! Offering the shuttle service to customers is outstanding and appreciated. It takes some of the stress away when having to coordinate how do I get home after I drop my car off for service. Because I m treated so well,fairly and received great mechanical work I won t consider taking my car to another shop. I especially love the text message updates and being able to review services,estimates and confirm what repairs i d like to get done right on my phone! Comment : I have had only positive experiences with Christian Brothers Automotive. They re thorough, conscientious, and take immense pride and their work.I had been having very distressing problems with the ramp access door on my conversion van. It refused to function in wet weather. This made using my wheelchair very difficult, depending on the vicissitudes of Cleveland area weather.I had taken the van into MobilityWorks, but they did nothing to improve the problem. They merely warned me that the door was not closing properly and might need replacement at the cost of thousands of dollars.I finally took the van into Christian Brothers, and they agreed to do what they could to help me. After 2 days in the shop, they returned the van to me. For a very modest cost, they have repaired the door and it works great. It now closes and seats properly in the door well as it was designed to.I m so thankful for mechanics like those at Christian Brothers! God bless them!I have had only positive experiences with Christian Brothers Automotive. They re thorough, conscientious, and take immense pride and their work. More
