Comment : My wife and I were visiting Houston from Fort Worth and traveling to Lake Jackson to visit our grandkids when we heard a very loud sound coming from the front brakes.We use CB for all our automotive work so took our car to CB in Humble even though it was 3:00 Friday afternoon.Johnny Santana, the GM, took great care of us and got us in right away and completed all repairs in less than two hours. Comment : Charged $170 for a diagnostic and quoted over $800 to replace a computer that was functioning completely fine. The next shop's diagnostic was only $70 and they found the root of the problem in under and hour to be a battery cable. Total repair was under $300, 100% glad I changed shops, Fred's automotive in Humble will get you right and not con you out of your money and attempt to make you look stupid.Charged $170 for a diagnostic and quoted over $800 to replace a computer that was functioning completely fine. After a bad oil change at another business (Take 5 Oil Change) caused severe damage to my engine, I was left with a major repair that seemed overwhelming. Comment : No one likes to have to get their car repaired or maintained, but if you have to, this is the place to go. Pleasant, polite, and their motto is family first. Closed on Saturdays which I think is great.
