Comment : Brought our Mini Cooper there , which they said they work on them, for them to fix our wiper issue! I told them I had checked the motor myself, fuses, relays and loose connections!!! David said.. ok. So, they put it on their diagnostics machine for $160 charge and said they ll change the power relays, which I had already told them they were good. The parts come in and they install the new relays and it still didn t work. So they wanted to charge us $678!!!! For what?!?! What I had already told them what was not wrong with it!!! Well, they were willing to come down to $362 .. $165 for 2 relays, is absurd!!! From parking, walking into the lovely and immaculately clean customer waiting area, receiving EXCELLENT service from Patrick and most importantly having my vehicle assessed and them not finding a single issue. I have already recommended them to 3 others. Up front pricing + estimates, short wait times, pleasant staff and not a single team member trying to get over on an unwitting customer. Love the print out of everything that was tested (NO CHARGE). Going in next week to have new rear taillights installed. THIS IS HOW EVERYONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS. I m new and will be a repeat. Once you experience the best, why settle for less!
