Comment : I have had exceptional experiences here for several years. From routine maintenance (which will cost slightly more than a comparable 'quick service' shop, and be much better in quality) up to timing belts, wheel bearings, and axel work. They are 100% honest and transparent, apologize and make up for any misdiagnoses (which has only happened once ever), and truly do lead with integrity and kindness as well as standing behind their repairs. I've moved farther away, but still drive here when I need honest assessment and work done.

Comment : Ford Fusion didn't have AC or Heat. They were all very kind, and willing to pay for my ride home; however, I was told my AC/Heat blower was melted and could not work and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $1600 to fix it.

I called some other people and then used Chatgpt and fixed it myself for free (two wires were just touching that needed to be separated)!

For people who pride themselves on “honestly and transparency” I feel that this was them trying to take advantage of someone who wasn't familiar with cars. On top of that I paid $180 for them to do this inspection and tell me something that wasn't true.

Comment : This week I brought in an Acura that I had just purchased that was making some noise. Christian Brothers evaluated the car and told me that $4500 worth of issues needed to be fixed immediately for the car to be safe to drive. Instead of having it fixed, I brought it into the Acura dealership to have them evaluate it. Christian Brothers assessment was completely off, and the solution was much less expensive than what they shared with us.

Comment : No no no. Do not go here. The office staff is endlessly friendly and professional but the owner is unscrupulous and not a man of his word. We had a simple repair done on our van. My husband was out of town and it suddenly died. He had someone where he was look at it and the engine had damage from Christian Bro's repair. CB had it towed back for us and after looking at it agreed the engine had irreparable damage from a mistake they had made. They wanted to total our van and only offered us 2k for it. We said we wanted it repaired as we did not want to have to pay the difference for a replacement van. At first they fought, then said they would replace the engine. When we got the van back, it turns out the owner lied and only replaced a couple of parts on the damaged engine. For almost a year following we had it in and out of their shop because of ongoing problems and each time begged them just to do the right thing. I felt badly for the people with whom we spoke on the phone because we could tell they were embarrassed our situation was being handled in this way. Ultimately they never truly made it right and we had to get rid of the van as it was no longer usable for us. Very disappointing for a locally owned business to do something like this. Up until then we had taken all of our vehicles there (despite a mistake they had previously made on another one of our vehicles)
Haven't been back since.

Comment : We were driving through our way from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania and ran over some road debris which broke the splash guard under the engine. They were so kind and reinstalled it for us and helped get us back on our way. I stopped here because I knew that Christian Brothers is a company that does great work. This shop took such good care of us and I really do appreciate it.

Comment : First time here. Originally tried to get an ECM update from 2 local Chevrolet dealers. Told us next week, and would have to check it out first. Called Christian and was squeezed in same day. They performed the update As WE requested, and we had the car back running strong within 3.5 hours! Thanks for the great, honest service. You gained a long term Customer today!
