I went in with several complicated issues on a “classic” car that needed attention. All were resolved expertly, and in the price range I expected. I will return for future service needs.

Comment : Christian Brothers Automotive in Downingtown made my repair experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. CarMax directed me to a RepairPal shop, and I’m so glad I ended up here. The service advisor who checked me in made the entire process effortless, helping me take full advantage of my extended warranty so most of the repairs were covered—and the final cost was much lower than I expected. The rest of the team was just as friendly and helpful, and my car now feels good as new. Huge thanks to the advisor who helped me and the whole staff at this location! I’ll definitely be returning if any future issues come up.

Comment : Christian Brothers fit me in right away when I had unexpected car trouble and even gave me a ride to work after I dropped off my car. They were communicative about the status of my car and clearly explained the recommended work. I felt they were very honest and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or pressured to have unnecessary work done. The staff is very kind and helpful and their prices fair. We will happily be bringing our cars here for all of our future needs.

Comment : Joe was extremely helpful with his timely communication and updates on my vehicle. He and Jeff, the mechanic, both worked tirelessly to ensure my car was done on time and correctly. They even squeezed me in when they were very busy. Highly recommend Christian Bros of Lionville.
