Comment : Appreciate the continued support and detailed assessment. Really good team over there that has been honest and direct—backs up their efforts even some tough rework situations that had more to do with inferior parts than labor.

Comment : My car was having acceleration issues and would stall with low speed or when stopped. I was able to schedule an appointment easily online for a time that was convenient for me to drop off. After I dropped off my car work was done quickly. I noticed when I picked up my car that my car was “jerking” when trying to shift gears. Which it had not been doing prior to being worked on. We notified Christian Brothers and was told to drop my car off and they would look at it. Prior to taking the car in we changed a part based on the error diagnostic code (which did not fix the issue and why we need professional help). We received a phone call a few hours after dropping off the car asking if we had the old parts. We took the parts in and the technician put them on. They did not charge us for the second visit or the service that they provided that second time. Now my car is running like it should be. If we need any more work we will return to this business.

Comment : Asked them to charge my ac system and they told me they couldn't because it was illegal even though it held vacuum and tried to say my ac compressor was bad. Ended up doing it myself… Ended up costing me $150 for nothing.

Comment : Efficiency and absolute fairness with no excessive upselling. They fix exactly what needs fixing, clearly showing you what is required for safety versus what can simply be watched for later. They also back their work with a real warranty if anything goes wrong. I use them exclusively and trust them implicitly.
