Comment : The General Manager called me and talked through everything that we had concerns on and was very helpful in clearing up any miscommunication that we had. I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to review our history and talk through it with me.

Shout out to Jeremy for helping clear up any concerns we had. Jeremy was very kind and understanding and corrected the confusion and issued a refund.

Thank you

Comment : I took my jeep in because the air conditioner would not come on for a couple of minutes. They found the problem and now my jeep gets cool really fast and now I am back on the road. Thanks

Comment : Stopped here for some help with my car. I am from out of town and was having some issues. The other local place I tried could not help but Christian Brothers were more than happy to answer my questions and got me in right away. I was back on the road within 24 hours and my car is working great! I so appreciate the kindness and quickness of their service department. 10/10!!

Unfortunately, this last visit(s) have not been good. Radiator had blown the cap, got hot obviously, leaked all coolant. Took to CBA expecting the worst. They said it needed new radiator and water pump. Quoted $2200+. Ok, needs to get done. About a month later, engine is overheating again. Coolant has completely leaked out. Fill it back up, get it taken to CBA. They do the repair with no charge. Tell me water pump was defective. Understandable...but I specifically ask if they are going to pressure check the engine. With it now have gotten hot a 2nd time, I start to worry about the engine. They say they do the pressure check every time. Ok, but even as I pick up the car, it starts funny like the engine is misfiring which has happened before, CBA checks and it's a loose spark plug. Car runs fine all the way home (30+ minutes away). Don't have the car back 2-3 days and the same misfire occurs. Take it to another mechanic close to house and they do a pressure check...blown head gasket. Call CBA and really just want to know what they do in this kind of situation. I'm still paying on a $2200 repair that had to be performed twice. I don't believe a proper pressure check was ever done even when I specifically asked for one. I'm told that they'll contact manufacturer of the water pump and manager will speak to someone above him to see what can be done and they'll call me back. Week goes by without a call. So I call back and am basically told there's nothing that can be done. I've been quoted $3000-$6000 to repair this.(Not from CBA)'>

Comment : I've used CBA for a few years now. Always satisfied with their work. I trust them to tell me what is wrong, what needs to be done, etc...
