They found the problem and now my jeep gets cool really fast and now I am back on the road. I am from out of town and was having some issues. The other local place I tried could not help but Christian Brothers were more than happy to answer my questions and got me in right away. I was back on the road within 24 hours and my car is working great! I so appreciate the kindness and quickness of their service department. 10/10!! 1 Reviews Stuart c Norman, OK Unfortunately, this last visit(s) have not been good. Radiator had blown the cap, got hot obviously, leaked all coolant. Took to CBA expecting the worst. They said it needed new radiator and water pump. Quoted $2200+. Ok, needs to get done. About a month later, engine is overheating again. Coolant has completely leaked out. Fill it back up, get it taken to CBA. They do the repair with no charge. Tell me water pump was defective. Understandable...but I specifically ask if they are going to pressure check the engine. With it now have gotten hot a 2nd time, I start to worry about the engine. They say they do the pressure check every time. Ok, but even as I pick up the car, it starts funny like the engine is misfiring which has happened before, CBA checks and it's a loose spark plug. Car runs fine all the way home (30+ minutes away). Don't have the car back 2-3 days and the same misfire occurs. Take it to another mechanic close to house and they do a pressure check...blown head gasket. Call CBA and really just want to know what they do in this kind of situation. I'm still paying on a $2200 repair that had to be performed twice. I don't believe a proper pressure check was ever done even when I specifically asked for one. I'm told that they'll contact manufacturer of the water pump and manager will speak to someone above him to see what can be done and they'll call me back. Week goes by without a call. So I call back and am basically told there's nothing that can be done. I've been quoted $3000-$6000 to repair this.(Not from CBA)'> Reviewed : 05/06/2025 Comment : I've used CBA for a few years now. They did refund the money we spent on the initial repair. They did the right thing to correct it, and i need to do the right thing and add it to the review.I would rate them a zero if possible. We brought my son's truck into the shop to have the belt replaced. They called and said it was finished that same day, so we picked it up and drove it home. Then, 2 days later, the new belt was ripped again after being driven only 10 miles. We had it towed through AAA on a Sunday and then called the next day and spoke to them about what happened. They said that they had checked the pulleys and the tension on it, and it was fine, but they would check it again and replace the belt at no charge. It was again said to be good to go, they informed us that it was a faulty belt, so we brought it home. The next day, when it was driven, the new belt ripped again. Either it was put on incorrectly twice, or their inspection of the pulleys and tension wasn't done properly after being there twice. I can accept one mistake or even a faulty part, but it was there twice, and something was clearly overlooked. I do not trust their process or their ability to inspect the vehicle properly. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!*Edit to the review*After the review was sent their service department called us and apologized for More 1 Reviews Masoud rostami Norman, OK Reviewed : 01/26/2025 Comment : 1 Reviews Erika dills Norman, OK Reviewed : 01/19/2025 Comment : Excellent customer service & a comfortable clean waiting area. When I got my car back after a repair, my driver s side window no longer worked, it had new scratches, and the door rattled. They didn t mention anything about it! My window worked perfectly fine before they touched my car, yet they didn t even bother to tell me they broke it I had to find out myself and reach out to them. They claimed the window stopped working because it was old and quoted me nearly $400 to fix it. After some discussion, they finally offered to replace it if I provided the part, but my car s windows are no longer manufactured, so I d have to buy a used one, which is a hassle I don t know how to navigate. The manager offered to show me surveillance footage, but when I followed up, they ignored me. I m not a confrontational person, so it s incredibly frustrating to see them avoid accountability for an issue they caused. This experience has completely ruined my confidence in this shop.I always trusted and liked this place, but my recent experience completely turned me away.
