Comment : I have been to a lot of auto shops and truly nothing was as good as this one. If I ever have any more auto problems, I will 100% be coming here. They made all the information clear and concise. They were professional and apologetic of my circumstances all the way through. I would highly recommend.

Comment : Short Version: Took my car to Christian Brothers today to have a side mirror replaced on my vehicle. The staff at the front desk was polite and professional, and the price was appropriate for the work. Techs did a thorough job and came up with some other things that needed to be fixed and I will likely return to Christian Brothers for those needs as well.

Long Version: I got in a wreck a while back on the highway which punctured my tire and broke off my right-hand side mirror. I had my car towed to the Hibdon Tires Plus on I-240 to have a new tire put on. While the car was in their shop, I also paid for an alignment, and a basic tech inspection to see if there were any other needs. They aligned the car, changed the tire, mentioned that the brake pads would probably need to be replaced in 3 to 4 months. That's about it. When I took my car to Christian Brothers to have the mirror replaced they discovered that actually I had a bent strut on the front, right-hand side and a couple of other issues to do with suspension/steering that Hibdon somehow missed after doing a tech inspection, a tire change, AND an alignment. All I'm really trying to say here is you want to make sure you take your car to a trustworthy shop that does a thorough job and has a high standard of quality control. Christian Brothers fits that bill. Other shops in the city not so much.

Comment : This is the repair shop my extended warranty is thru, I wasn’t sure but as soon as I walked thru their doors I felt assured I would be well taken care of and I was! They kept me up to date daily with what was going on. It was something with my transmission. As soon as they got the part the car was taken care of and all was great. Everyone I had spoken with was truly professional and kind. They treat you like family. I highly recommend them for any car service you may need 😊

Comment : I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers in Norman because I had a warranty and expected trustworthy service. I was shocked to learn they charge $175 per problem just for diagnostics — not a flat rate for the whole inspection. That means if your vehicle has two issues, you’ll pay around $350 just to find out what’s wrong.

My warranty didn’t cover the issue I was having, so I was stuck to pay $300 in diagnostic scans. I would have NEVER EVER agreed to that price to pay out of my own pocket. The guy who called told me the price and I was in disbelief. He said he would talk to the manager and get it lowered and call me back. That call never happened. I was stuck with a $300 bill with not a damn thing fixed and the issue I had is way worse than when I dropped it off. I barely made it home.

There’s many garages locally that don’t charge for diagnostics. A-1 garage in Norman for example, DOES NOT CHARGE for diagnostic scan. To anybody reading this, Do not get scammed here. Times are to tough right now.

This feels completely unreasonable and misleading for a place that claims to be built on honesty and faith-based values. I expected transparency and fairness but left feeling taken advantage of. Save your money and go somewhere else. They should rename the place to “Greedy Brothers Automotive”

Comment : The General Manager called me and talked through everything that we had concerns on and was very helpful in clearing up any miscommunication that we had. I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to review our history and talk through it with me.
