Comment : They used to be good but then I had some work done on my car and they replaced stuff that didn't need to be replaced so they could charge more. Then I needed an inspection done and they said they do walking ins. So I went in and they said they couldn't do anymore for the day and I was like no big deal and so I made an appointment for the next day. When I got there the next day they said they couldn't do anymore again for the day. Comment : So they are some crooks too. This is getting outrageous, first of all. My daughter brings her car to plaza tire for a diagnosis, they tell her it's the rack and pinion. Ok they can't do it they recommend christian automotive, awesome. So here is where it all begins on Friday I call to get a quote I am quoted right at 2075ish give or take a little for the rack and pinion and programming it 400 for the labor. Ok no big deal right... except when i paid for it i paid 2100 for the rack and pinion 190 for tie rods i didnt ask for and 485 for labor. Here is another one when we dropped it off it was just hard to turn, when we picked it up it was hard to turn and making noises. They told me over the phone it's because it's a new part drive for the night see if it wears in if not bring it back we will look at it again. WAIT WHAT!!! REALLY OK. so I did as they said still not right. Wait there is more folks... Take it back the next morning this is what they said to us now it needs ball joints and a control arm and the mechanic said the old rack and pinion was good, we didn't really need to change it.....WTF!!! But we needed the ball joints and you didn't change them and you changed tie rods when we didn't ask for them oh and one more thing folks they never called us to let us know they actually ordered the wrong part my car still not gonna be done on time like they promised. Cause you know when we dropped it off we stated that it's our work car we have to have it tomorrow is that possible. And they said yes. Well guess what it's not done and now I'm missing a day of work. I think I will involve my lawyer in this one. Good thing I got the phone recording of that guy tonight stating we did what was asked and nothing more. But we never asked for tie rods you did that and didn't even ask. This is so ignorant of people. I'll repost more if they actually fix it and I'll show receipts with it I'll also let my lawyer Mr. Boyd know maybe he goes with me to pick it up with a lawsuit with himSo they are some crooks too. Comment : I called for price of tires after giving size I was asked how many I said 2 given price of 99.95 when said that's low I told a west lake tire know thinking it's off brand like primewell even when said that's for a pair mount balance answer yes next highest tire is 110. I went there find out for 2 tires would be over 230. So was this way to get me in door sence I asked how many and I said is that for pair mistake can be made there again he didn't use word each or even correct when I said pair . They did offer lower price do fact I felt that is old ploy to get me in door .
