Comment : Good mechanic service, great prices. But don't list your hours as open 730 unless you actually open at 730. This is a repeated problem.

Comment : SO much to commend this repair business. It certainly can't hurt that the service manager is a woman. (I do love guys! But a women can bring certain qualities to this work that I highly value)Not enough time to enumerate all that's good about Chris Murphy'sAutomotive. But I'll just say one thing. They are OBJECTIVE and THOROUGH and SYSTEMATIC. I went to them to get an opinion about weird noises in the suspension, noises that my present mechanic claimed he couldn't hear. I'm half deaf but even without my hearing aids, I could hear and feel trouble. Could my mechanic's failure to hear those thunks have something to do with my having paid him a couple of thousand dollars for suspension repairs a few short months ago? Well, Chris Murphy Automotive gave much more than an OPINION. They gave the very most objective, complete and transparent assessment I ever received from a mechanic. It was computer generated and photos accompanied every defect they identified. I only wish doctors were so thorough! (Well, doctors often can be that thorough. But In my personal experience mechanics never are.) And that evaluation was provided at no charge. They are my new mechanic! Thank you, Wendy!

Comment : The replacement part originally ordered was incorrect and only noticed by myself because the t cost of the correct part was drastically lower than the one ordered.

Comment : I've been going to Chris Murphy's auto for my 2015 Prius. Service has always been excellent and friendly. They always explain things before and after servicing. Their prices are reasonable and they guarantee their work. It is not easy to find a mechanic shop that can be trusted. I trust them.

Comment : I had my car serviced here years ago with no issues and was happy with the results. I made an appointment to service my car and drop it off in the morning. Since the hours posted on Google and on their front door are that they open at 7:30 A.M., I assumed I could drop my car off at 7:30 A.M. I arrive at 7:30 A.M. and the front door is locked and no one is answering the phones. I waited until 7:50 A.M., when two employees arrived in the parking lot. They saw me waiting outside the door and made no effort to get inside quickly or acknowledge me. They went inside, did not unlock the door, and didn???t answer the phone. Clearly the hours posted on Google and on their front door need to be corrected.
